트라파니, Absolute Beach 근처 호텔

우리 여행은 생일 이후, 아기 이전 달로 예약되었으며 Trapani에서의 4일은 Hotel Crystal의 놀라운 직원들에 의해 매우 편안하고 즐거웠습니다. 호텔은 사랑스럽고 매우 편안하며 Trapani 센터에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 접근하기 쉽고 지식이 풍부합니다. 두 명의 직원이 우리의 체류가 우리가 원했던 모든 것인지 확인하기 위해 계속해서 나아갔습니다! 가장 확실히 돌아올 것입니다 - 다음에 더 오래! ! !

The hotel is situated at the main square of the city. Very nice rooms in a restored old family mansion. The inner courtyard serve as quiet room but also as restaurant. The breakfast is good and with a large variety of options. The service is attentive. Best of all is the welcome you get at the reception - always with a smile and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 nights’ stay and will come back.

보르고 피다에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 보르고 피다 예약은 Guarrato 여행을 더욱 편안하게 만들어 드립니다.호텔은 트라파니비르기 공항에서 차로 약 11km 정도로 가까운 거리에 있어 이동이 편리합니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다.많은 여행자들이 선정한 우수한 시설을 갖춘 호텔입니다.

We spent 2 weeks traveling around Sicily and this was our favorite B&B! The property is lovely with beautiful gardens. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the outside table and chairs and sat out there often. There was a distant sea view. We ate in their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. All was excellent. Everything is grown on the farm. The real stars of this B&B is the staff who were very helpful answering our requests, handling the laundry, cleaning our room and serving our meals. The location is off a main road and near other main roads but it is out in the country.

We arrived at this hotel after driving from Cosenza 8 hours. Both my husband and I had colds. We also made this reservation 8 months ago. The young attendant at the check in counter wanted us to sign a bar stipend and write our visa number down. I refused to do that and she gave me a roll of her eyes and was indignant as if I had insulted her! She then proceeded to want to give us ”information” about the hotel--insensitive to the weary, sick travellers in front of her. I said ”no” and she took offense again and gave me one of those indignant shrugs of her shoulders and roll of her eyes as if I had just insulted her yet again. She then put us up in a lower level floor which we weren't happy about. We stayed in the lower level floor for one night. We were not happy about this and asked to stay in a higher level floor for all the other nights. The next morning two tired, weary travellers had to move all our stuff to a higher level floor. We had made this reservation 8 months ago. No consideration for that fact. Because we decided to stay in Trapani for an extra week and changed our plans of going to Pantelleria--due to our colds, we asked to stay in the same room at this hotel for the rest of the two weeks. At first they wouldn't let us stay in the same room. After much talking to the Director and the check in staff, which took a lot out of us as we both had colds still, they let us stay in the same room. The disrespect of their young staff, when we first arrived toward seniors and for putting us on the first floor instead of the higher floors, I asked for a discount on our hotel bill which they refused to do. The staff a this hotel is not accommodating, moreover they are rude, entitled, and treat foreigners with disdain.

Beautiful building in a perfect location in the heart of Trapani. Great value, great location for bars and restaurants. The little cafe just down the street made fresh food and lovely coffee. The staff were so friendly and helped with booking trips to the islands from the port which is a few minutes walk away. They also recommended restaurants to eat, how to get to the beach and the cable car to Erice all within easy reach. The staff also organised our transfer to the airport. Great service would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you! 😊
