"A terrible place. Incomplete build-out, yet still advertising as ready and open for business. Terrible customer service. Stayed 3 days, housekeepingbcame once. When an arrangementnwas made for them to return they did not show. Terrible boxed f"food." Television barely works. TV comes on for no reason in the middle of the night. Wi-fi is intermittent. They give tokens for accessing Wi-fi, per device! Stray dogs constantly around the place. Bathroom is filthy and looks as if it harbors disease causing organisms. Mattress is thin, poor quality. A place that should nit even have passed a cursory inspection from any barely competent health authority. Filthy linen. Poorly laundered towels, no extra wash cloths provided."

"Terrible . The nearby Reggae beach is closed. The breakfast is non-existent..they ask you to pay for everything even if it is included in the price. The staff is not courteous. The rooms were on the street..full of noise all day and not cleaned every day. The safe was broken The hot water intermittently We paid for a Christmas dinner which was initially given free, then 50 euros each and then by bargaining, 25 euros each. WE HAD JUST ARRIVED AND EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED Unsafe place The only happy note was the Italian restaurant outside the resort... but we weren't looking for Italian cuisine obviously Never again... look for something else"
