"I have chosen Mercure Timisoara and it was the best decision because this place really gave me the perfect accommodation experience. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area close to the city center and from the 4th floor (where my room was located) it offers a great view. The room was astonishing: spacious, modern design, all amenities needed and a large comfortable bed for an excellent sleep. On top of that, the technology inside the room was amazing because everything is digitally controlled using a tablet. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a lot of choices and all of them were great. There is an outstanding restaurant inside the hotel where I had both lunch and dinner and I can easily say I had a real international dining experience because the menu includes dishes from all over the world. Special thanks from my side to Mr. Florin Cojocaru (the hotel’s general manager) for his great hospitality, friendly attitude and willingness to help me with anything needed in order to have the perfect stay at the hotel. I highly appreciated that the management is really focused on creating the highest standards, so the guests can have the best experience during their stay at this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Cojocaru and his amazing team I had a wonderful accommodation experience."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The experience started with a complimentary glass of Prosecco as we were checking in and continued in a similar vein for the two nights we were these. Every single member of staff was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were kind and friendly but never intrusive. The pool area is really nice and the spa is great. The room was extremely comfortable with quiet but effective air con and a lovely soft bed. Very nightly recommended."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area. We stayed in the apartment 403 and the view from the balcony included the rooftop of the main church. From the hotel to the city center, it is an approx. 10-15 min cab ride. The apartment was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offers a normal range of dishes. I especially appreciated the restaurant manager, I did not catch his name, but he was very friendly and operative. All the staff was professional. The hotel looks good. I think is has good value - money. I recommend it."

"정말 최악의 경험이었어요! 토요일 밤(마지막 밤)에 저희는 1층에 묵었는데, 호텔 4층에서 결혼식이 열리고 있었어요. 방까지 음악 소리가 들리고, 침대와 베개를 통해 베이스 소리가 진동했어요. 저는 밤새 헤드폰을 끼고 잤고, 약혼자는 베개를 베고 잤어요. 밤 11시에 프런트에 전화해서 음악 소리와 모든 소음이 어디서 나는지 물어보니 호텔에서 결혼식이 진행 중이라고 하더군요. 언제까지 계속되냐고 물었더니 최대 2시간이지만, 호텔 측에서 더 늦게까지 진행할 권리가 있다고 했어요. 오후 3시에 프런트에 가서 음악 소리와 베이스 소리 때문에 밤새 잠을 제대로 못 잤으니 어떻게 해달라고 요청했어요. 약속했던 2시간이 이미 지났는데도 프런트 직원은 아무 일도 없는 것처럼 행동하며 음악 소리가 들리지 않는다고 했어요. 음악 소리가 얼마나 큰지 확인해 달라고 직원에게 요청했을 때, 그는 청력이 좋지 않다며 자리에서 움직이지도 않고 음악 소리에 대해 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 정말 무례하고 불친절했으며, 전혀 공감 능력이 없었습니다 (이런 사람들은 서비스업에 종사해서는 안 됩니다). 호텔에서 잠을 자러 가는 것이지 클럽에서 파티를 즐기는 것이 아닌데, 조용히 해달라는 우리의 요청을 완전히 무시했습니다. 음악은 새벽 4시 30분까지 계속되었습니다. 절대 다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것이며, 누구에게도 추천하지 않겠습니다!"

"It´s very clean hotel. Better to say, very, very, extremely clean!!! I did try to find any dirty or used object there, and it´s impossible. New towels, bed cloth brand new and good quality. Expensive water supplied at any your request. Beautiful and elegant classic rooms interior, very spacious (with separated bedroom, dining room and kitchen)! Special words about breakfast in cafe on the corner (it is included). It is not simply tasty, it is a piece of art and done with love (see my attached photo)!!! The lady in cafe was so friendly, that at my departure call to my transfer driver, and explained him in Romanian about how to find me. Definitely, it was my best hotel visited in last 10 years !!! (and I was in many of them, including Marina Sands Bay, or Yokogama Royal Park)."

"It is a reliable hotel with staff cooperation There was a time when there was no staff at the reception because of the off-season, but when I was waiting, other staff contacted me and the receptionist came immediately. When I went to the night, I told you what I needed, and I prepared it properly. I did the procedure for consecutive nights twice, but I didn't cheat because I told me that I presented the wrong amount the first time The room was large and clean and the bathroom was comfortable There is a desk and a chair in front of the bathroom door. (Is it depending on time?) I felt the smell of excrement from the toilet so badly that time was painful. Thanks to this hotel, it became a city that I loved Timisoara Thank you very much."
