홀리데이 인 블랙풀, IHG 호텔(Holiday Inn Blackpool)

飯店位置就在車站旁邊，對面也有大型的購物中心及超市，房間空間及設施很棒，唯一的缺憾就是早餐的選擇並不多，這次住了四個晚上每一餐都吃一樣屬於英式的自助早餐，其實吃兩次就膩了，希望早餐的供應可以再國際化再多樣化一些

酒店很乾凈，很新，早餐很豐富，服務也不錯。位置就在黑池北站對面走路即到，出入方便。

This hotel is absolutely lovely, stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. Room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! The staff were all so friendly and the bar/lobby area had a nice ambience as we had a few drinks there. Breakfast was fantastic! We will be back!

Outstanding hotel! We travel to Blackpool regularly and it's been a while since Blackpool had a hotel of this calibre. It may be because it's brand new, but if they can keep up the high standard they have set themselves, it will be worth returning in the very near future. Everything from the initial greeting, to the great rooms and excellent breakfast, was well done and made it was a pleasure to stay here. Special mention to the staff, fantastic service! Many thanks!

I usually stay at the Hampton Hilton when staying in Blackpool but thought i would try the new Holiday Inn. I am glad i did. I arrived early and walked from the station the few yards to the hotel. The room was not ready so i left my bag and had a walk into town for fish and chips for lunch. Just past 3pm i checked in. There was some confusion over my choice of rooms. I had asked for the corner room with the double aspect windows when i made the original booking but was given a room overlooking the train station. Great if you are a train spotter but not for me. The nice member of staff on reception changed my room to a much nicer one overlooking Talbot Rd as i had also requested. The room was excellent with a king size bed, sofa, fridge and a massive TV. The bathroom and shower were also very good. The view from the window was good as i like to see a bit of life, people walking along, buses and taxis. There was no noise from outside or from other rooms in fact i think i was the only guest on the third floor as i did not see another person. I went for breakfast at 6-45am each morning and had a laugh and joke with the nice lady member of staff and the male staff member as well. The food was excellent with the pastries being the best i have had in any hotel. The hot food also good and nice fresh fruit salad. It was only the second week of the hotel being open so obviously everything was new and clean. Every member of staff i came across, the girls on reception. the breakfast staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly polite and professional and looked like they were really pleased to have been chosen for the job. I now have the headache and quandary in deciding where to stay on my future visits to Blackpool. Do i stay at this brilliant Holiday Inn or at my usual Hampton Hilton which is also a brilliant hotel. I will have to stay at both on alternative visits. One time at the Holiday Inn and one time at the Hampton Hilton giving my business to both of them. Well done to the Managers and staff of the new hotel and all the best. keep up the good work and I will see you all again later in the year.

Absolutely brilliant 3 night stay this week. The hotel is brand new and you can tell. Everything is clean and shiny. The staff are really friendly and will do anything for you. The rooms are kitted out to a really high standard, ours even had a Nespresso machine! The only thing we came across that we might want to be changed is the air con situation. We found the room too warm and couldn’t seem to get it cooled down. Although, a quick call to reception and it was sorted out pretty much straight away. Also want to give a shout out to Freya on reception for her warm welcome and brilliant service.

What a wonderful Hotel! Everything superb. The location is right next to the rail station and opposite a huge brand new Sainsbury’s. Once the new tram line station opens which is right next to the Hotel it will be ideal. Access direct from the Hotel and underpass to the train station. Couldn’t be better.

Visited with my daughter to take in the House of JoJo at the Winter Gardens 17/5. Booking in at the hotel was fast and efficient, reception staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and seemed happy in their work. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable and still has that lovely new hotel smell to it. Our room was neat and clean with everything you would need, and so quiet, no noise from other rooms so a good night's sleep guaranteed. We will be back. Keep up the good work staff.
