The room was cleaned, but I booked twin bed and when I arrived it was double, it was disappointed but the next day the hotel has changed as my original booking

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The rooms were not very clean , the hallway has a weird smell. Also some of the workers weren’t very friendly and helpful. Also they didn’t offer to carry our luggage. We had to carry on our own. They said it’s self service . Also card gets deactivated most of the time so had to go to the reception to get it activated.

Very nice service Well train staff #rohan #Krunal #Aslesha Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site Thank for service

I actually stayed at IBIS hotel for almost 15 days, but all those days are super comfortable, super welcoming, especially their service at breakfast, lunch, dinner was awesome 100/100 Worth of visiting The room service people are also so kind. Thank you

Very good food. Service was excellent. Spread was good. Loved the soup and salad. Even checkin was smooth and rooms are very comfortable. I don't see what I can suggest for improvement. Breakfast buffet was amazing. F&B Service of the hotel is amazing. Room is very clean and housekeeping is very friendly. My stay is very comfortanle and rooms are very good and neat. I would lile to specially thank rohit for the amazing hospitality and would visit personally.
