'Die Inhaber sind super freundlich, ich habe ein Zimmer für eine Person gebucht. Es haben sich kurzfristig zwei Freunde angeschlossen und diese durften ohne Aufpreis mit im Zimmer schlafen. Als der Inhaber erfahren hat, dass ich nachts zum Flughafen muss, hat er gleich angeboten mich umsonst hinzufahren. An hilfbereitschaft nicht zu toppen. Es laufen viele Katzen herum, mich hat es nicht gestört, Aber für Allergiker vielleicht interessant. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.'

'Hotelnya di lokasi yang dekat dengan beberapa restoran seperti Pizza Hut dan Bakso Lapangan Tembak, sehingga untuk mencari makan malam lumayan mudah. Furniture sudah agak tua dan kursi bernoda. Untuk 1 malam saja tidak apa-apa, tetapi banyak pilihan hotel lain kalau belum sold out. Tapi service front desk bagus, membantu untuk menyimpan barang di kulkas.'

'One of the better hotels in Ternate. It was very clean, quite rare in Ternate. Blankets are duvets with covers on. Hot shower that works, toilet seats you'll be happy to sit on. Good sized bedrooms, good lighting, have windows. But the window of the single room we stayed in faces the hallway for maintenance/staff access, so privacy is a little compromised. The sheer curtain helps a little. Smoke free room. Breakfast is good with snacks and rice/noodles, vegetable stir fry, chicken dish and two choices of fruit, fresh tea and coffee. Staff are friendly and offered help with luggage. Prices for room service are reasonable. Good location for the airport and local amenities.'

'We stayed overnight for transit. The hotel is in strategic location, only 10 minutes by car to the airport. The hotel is in the same building with a shopping mall. They upgraded our rooms from deluxe to super deluxe with no additional charge. It’s fantastic to overlook the night views of Gamalama mountain and the city light from the balcony at night. The breakfast provided on 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, due to our early flight, the hotel prepared some meals earlier so we could have our breakfast before check out. What an excellent experience!'
