Good points; the room was clean (you can forgive a lot if this is so) and the bed is potentially very comfortable. Bad points; everything else. I stayed in room number 4 at The Swan. This room is an exercise in how much money you can earn from how little space. The room was very small and very poorly equipped with very basic fixtures and furniture and the bathroom was so small as to be uncomfortable. No storage space (this had clearly been in position at one point in the form of a towel rail over the radiator and some shelving near the sink but had been removed because of space limitations I'm guessing, and as was suggested by damage to the basin) and with the smallest possible shower tray. The shower is electric and barely adequate. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and would have been more so if sheets that were actually big enough used to cover it. The lower sheet could not be tucked under the mattress of the very small double bed (more a single and a half, perhaps suitable for Snow White and one dwarf) and so kept pulling away and bunching up. The final straw was the noise I heard from the bathroom at 10.30pm on day two whilst I was in bed. I thought 'old plumbing' but when I got up in the morning the toilet was full of water, used paper and muck, and therefore unusable. So inadequate waste pipes, too. Breakfast should have been at the Taphouse about 100m down the road. I did not eat breakfast for a couple of reasons, these being that I was not hungry in the morning and the quality of the room suggested the quality of the breakfast may also be low. The room is cheap at £55 B & B but I wouldn't stay again if they paid me. This is not an hotel at which the owners care at all about guest comfort. Spend a few quid extra and stay somewhere else is my recommendation.

사랑스럽고 깨끗하고 조용한 방, 모든 직원 괜찮습니다. 하우스 키핑은 매우 도움이되었습니다. 위치는 Ironbridge를 방문하기에 훌륭하며 구내 주차장은 훌륭합니다. 유일한 문제는 커피 / 뜨거운 물, 토스터 바로 옆에있는 기계 및 시리얼이 1 개뿐이어서 레스토랑이 가득 차 있지는 않았지만 작은 지역을 매우 바쁘고 비좁게 만들었습니다. . 그러나 음식은 뜨겁고 맛있었습니다. 둘째 날 우리는 더 일찍 갔고 오래 기다릴 필요가 없었습니다. 우리는 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

We attended a conference and was due to eat in one of the restaurants with other delegates for an evening meal. However, due to my partners medical condition we asked if we could possibly take our meal in the bar. I think I spoke to the deputy manager and if he isn't the deputy manager he ought to be and he needs to be promoted to manager which he may already be! His name was Richard (Bowen?) and he was so helpful. He served our meal promptly and politely never making us feel we were giving him extra work. A big thank you and well done to him for such good service.

우리는 My Hotel Break의 특별 거래로 이번 주말에 머물 렀습니다. 사랑스러운 환경과 찾기 쉬운. 우리는 켄트에서 거기에 도착하기 위해 끔찍한 여행을했고 우리는 도착시 꽤 피곤합니다. 우리는 저녁 식사를 원하지 않았고 우리가 정착했을 때 샌드위치를 먹을 것이라고 결정했습니다. 룸 서비스가없고 샌드위치에 대해 문의하면 오후 6시에 멈췄다는 통보를 받았습니다. 방문객이 이것을 알 수 있도록 객실에는 정보 소책자가 없습니다. 방은 발코니에 앉아있는 것이 좋았고 즐거웠습니다. 욕실 하우스 키핑은 천장, 벽 및 수도꼭지 뒤의 검은 곰팡이로 원하는 조명을 남겼으며, 수건 레일은 욕실 문 뒤와 마찬가지로 깨끗합니다. 복도에 있는 그림은 바에 있는 의자의 팔처럼 깨끗한 것을 환영할 것이다. 우리는 주말이 해결되지 않은 우리 방에 간헐적 인 텔레비전 신호에 문제가 있었지만 더 나은 신호로 방을 하나로 옮기고 싶은지 물었습니다. 그러나,이 모든 것을 말한 후에, 우리는 다시 머물 것인가? 예, 우리는 사랑스러운 설정, 직원이 매우 도움이 될 것입니다. 덧붙이자면 메뉴에 채식주의자가 하나 이상있는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔 직원은 매우 친절했지만 방의 품질은 날짜가되었습니다. 플러그 구멍에 머리카락이 있었고 수건은 더러웠지만 샤워에서 나왔을 때만 알아 차렸으므로 대신 핸드 타월을 사용해야했습니다! 회의에서와 마찬가지로 하룻밤 만 머물 렀지 만 전에 여기에 머물 렀으며 이것은 인상 깊지 않은 두 번째 경험이었습니다. 복도는 또한 연기 냄새가 나지 않았지만 매우 좋지 않았습니다. 침대는 괜찮 았고 최고의 밤 수면은 아닙니다 ... 다음에 다른 곳에 머무를 것 같아요

I had high expectations for the hotel, we stayed over when there was a big show on at the international centre so the prices were massively inflated. Upon arrival there was no one on reception and you could walk right in off the street into the hallways, which is a big safety concern. We checked ourselves in and went to the room, the room was ok at best and the bed was appalling, a rock hard bed that put me on the sick the following work day with back ache like never before. The shower trickled out when on full and when I went to reception to let the staff know about these issues there was no one to be seen. Pushing the bell made no difference so I had to call it a night. I have asked for the good night guarantee to be put into place so we shall see if that is honoured or not. For a hotel in the city centre I was very disappointed, especially with the price inflation of almost £115 for 1 night.
