타오르미나 중심부에 위치한 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 긍정적인 서비스, 5성급 호텔의 유일한 결점은 청소를 위해 리셉션에 한 번만 전화해야 한다는 점이었습니다.

酒店很好，泳池雖然不大，但泳池是有風景的泳池。 前台的女士非常好，很熱情的幫忙介紹景點和餐廳。 早餐也很不錯，可以面對着大海吃早餐，服務人員也很熱情。 酒店的地理位置很方便，就在入城的地方，走兩步就到古城很方便。 開車去的話要留意下酒店的入口以免錯過，錯過的話因為是單行道所以需要繞一大圈才能回來酒店入口。 是非常好的酒店，留下了很多美好的回憶。

훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 정말 아름다운 호텔입니다. 테라스와 수영장에서 멋진 전망을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 우리의 유일한 비판은 방에 수납 공간이 부족하다는 것입니다(서랍장이나 화장대가 없음). 욕실에는 수납 공간이 전혀 없으며 욕실이나 방에 목욕 가운을 걸 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 실용적인 스타일에 대한 감각이 있습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 사랑스러운 호텔이고 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다.

이 호텔은 아메리칸 익스프레스(American Express)의 고급 호텔 및 리조트로 추천됩니다. 호텔은 그런 경험을 제공하지 않습니다. 비가 쏟아지는 가운데 자정에 도착했을 때 직원 중 단 한 명만이 엘리베이터 없이 우리 중 4명이 짐을 2층과 3층에 있는 객실까지 운반할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 우리는 70대입니다. 우리 욕실 샤워실은 매일 밤 방에 물이 넘쳤고 아무도 그것을 고치는 데 관심이 없었습니다. 우리는 5박을 묵었고 샤워 문제에 대해 세 사람과 이야기를 나눴습니다. 남편과 저는 매우 미끄럽고 위험한 상황이었습니다. 그들은 그곳에 머무는 손님들보다 숙소에 있는 미쉐린 레스토랑에 더 관심이 있습니다. 아침 식사 후에는 수영장에서 간단한 음식을 먹고 싶지 않은 한 음식 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다. 칵테일을 마시기가 어렵습니다. 내가 말했듯이 그들은 호텔 손님이 아니라 미쉐린 레스토랑에 관한 것입니다. 이 높은 등급의 호텔에서는 기대할 수 없는 매우 실망스러운 서비스였습니다. 좋은 서비스와 관심을 받고 싶다면 다른 곳에 묵으세요. 우리가 체크아웃했을 때 그들은 우리가 어느 방에 있는지조차 몰랐습니다. 제가 말할 수 있는 유일한 좋은 점은 아침 식사가 좋았고 전망이 좋았다는 것입니다. 여기에 머 무르지 마십시오. 가격 대비 가치가 없습니다. 다른 훌륭한 선택이 너무 많아서 이 호텔에서는 돈의 가치를 얻지 못할 것입니다.

4.7점은 이 호텔에 비해 너무 높은 점수입니다. 같은 등급의 포시즌 타오르미나에게는 불공평하다. 객실은 제대로 장식되어 있지 않습니다. 가구는 얼룩이 있는 오래된 소파였습니다. 입구에 낡은 카펫이 놓여 있습니다. 너무 매력적이지 않습니다. 체크인할 때 카펫에 부싯돌이 많아 청소도 열악했습니다. 우리는 작고 불편한 욕실이 있는 소위 스위트룸에 머물고 있었습니다. 슬리퍼는 일반 여성용 사이즈입니다. 남성분들은 각자 슬리퍼를 챙겨오셔야 합니다. 이불이 너무 얇아서 목욕 가운을 추가 레이어로 사용해야 했습니다. 룸 컨트롤러에서 끌 수 없는 지속적으로 작동하는 시끄러운 에어컨 중 최악입니다. 물건은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다했지만 경험이 부족하고 새로운 물건이 제대로 처리되지 않았습니다. 이 호텔의 전체 평점은 5.0점 만점에 4.0점 이하입니다. 죄송합니다.

This is the first class hotel, very well located, with an excellent staff, especially the personnel at the front desk. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and we enjoyed our morning breakfast from the rooftop of the hotel. My only complaint would be were the overall cost of the hotel which of course we knew about when we booked it, but it is a very expensive hotel and not really worth over $1000/nt. Also the shower consists of a rain type system with multiple rain shower heads. Unfortunately, the location of the rain shower heads are such that they interfere with the ability to grab your shampoos and/or to change the water pressure and temperature of the water. You feel a little like being in a typhoon while you’re taking your shower. Otherwise our experience was very good.

this hotel is located in Taormina, a very tourist attraction. the hotel is very close to all the activities. it is very private and only accessible to the guests. the grounds, the hotel and the rooms are beautiful. We felt like we were in our home. Only 23 rooms which makes the place special. the staff is amazing. special mention are Valentina, Dianna, Stefano, Emmanuelle, eleisa, denise and Miriam. we stayed in room 22 which turned out to be the date of anniversary which we celebrating.

An incredible hotel. The location, building and views are stunning. The staff are something else!! My wife unfortunately tripped near the hotel on the second of our seven nights, badly twisting her ankle and making it impossible to get up to our room on the second floor. The hotel manager offered us a family suite on the ground floor at no extra cost which was greatly appreciated, but it was the way all the staff went out of their way, every single day, to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible that stood out. In partcular Valentina, Emanuela and Stefano were simply wonderful. Well be coming back soon!!

We are just back from our stay at the Ashbee Hotel in Taormina and we are already missing it. We loved everything about it - our great room, beautiful grounds with stunning views, great breakfasts and most of all wonderful people who work there. We especially want to mention Denise and Bruno who helped us with all our needs including our excursion and transfer booking and our very friendly and helpful barman Stefano. We can't wait to go there again.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at The Ashbee Hotel. The staff are wonderful, the view is breathtaking, the hotel itself is beautiful….and the fact it is a 2 minute walk to the town centre is the clincher. A good choice at breakfast, the pool bar offering lovely snacks until 6:00pm They have their own 2 star Michelin Restaurant on the rooftop which we didn’t have time to visit. Will be back next year

The absolute BEST luxury hotel to stay in Taormina! If you’re looking for the Best Location that’s close to the main streets, or the absolute BEST service, then look no further than this Hotel. You will not go wrong here!! A hidden gem in Taormina!

The Ashbee Hotel is a beautiful property overlooking Messina. The infinity pool is the most beautiful pool I have ever seen. Mouth dropping. The hotel is a masterpiece and the staff is excellent. Especially, Miriam who was so sweet and kind! She really went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay possible. I will be back. Thank you, Miriam!!

The place is a small boutique hotel with really nice accommodation, the rooms were neat and comfortable but a little bit small. The service was great, Danilo, Denise, and Miriam at the front desk were really kind and helpful we felt like home. Giulia and the ladies at the breakfast rooftop were really nice and they indulged us with every we ordered. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
