The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.'

Loved the Santorini-inspired decor with blue and white tones, it gave a refreshing Mediterranean feel. Room amenities were complete: Netflix-ready TV, iron and board, kettle all in working condition. The bed was comfy, although the room might feel a bit compact for those bringing large luggage. The highlight? Definitely the pool area! Very clean and beautifully designed — perfect for photos and a quick dip. Overall, a nice place for a short stay or weekend escape. Just don't expect a luxury resort it’s simple, aesthetic, and does the job well.'

'Disappointed the service from Trip.com, during check in front desk staff informed my room type as not per my booking in website. wasting my time about hour to call trip.com to settle the issue. finally upgrade with additional own money before trip.com agreed to refund back after show the receipt.😔 pls ensure your website/app update frequently. Hotel staff helpful and able to handle the situation.'
