"The hotel is in a location surrounded by used vehicles, at a noisy intersection. The room promised was to be an accessible room but it was not (not even grab bars to enter the tub). An old woman was sleeping on a couch in the office lobby. Several people lounging outside rooms. An older gentleman doing a repair on equipment outside our assigned room. At the bottom of our receipt was this statement: "No Refund given after 1-hour of stay. Rooms that occuppy (sic) two people must maintain: No visitors allowed!!" We requested a full refund since the room was not accessible and the location and surroundings were not desirable. The manager ws pleasant, and granted the refund, which by the language on the receipt was probably not a rare occurrence."

There are many facilities, but the air conditioning in both rooms we booked was too noisy (we couldn't sleep all night). Plus, there was something biting in one of the rooms. The hygiene needs improvement."
