호텔은 괜찮았고, 기준에는 부합했지만, 우리의 숙박을 덜 완벽하게 느끼게 하는 작은 것들이 많았습니다.체크인했을 때 객실은 더블 퀸 사이즈 침대가 있는 방치고는 매우 넓었고, 욕실도 넓었습니다.어메니티가 약간 부족했는데, 욕실에는 메이크업 리무버 티슈 1개와 샤워 캡, 핸드 비누만 있었습니다.샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시가 제공되었지만 컨디셔너가 없어서 2일 동안 비어 있었습니다(청소부가 알아차리고 다시 채워줄 거라고 생각했기 때문입니다).프런트 데스크에 다시 채워달라고 요청할 때까지 말입니다.청결 측면에서 일부 수건에 사소한 얼룩이 있었고 욕실 욕조에는 녹과 갈색 얼룩이 있어서 그렇게 깨끗하다는 느낌이 들지 않았습니다.최악의 부분은 호텔에 들어갔을 때 시트가 너무 푹신하고 거칠어서 호텔이 가져야 할 부드럽고 환영하는 느낌이 들지 않았다는 것입니다. 그 시트는 몇 년 전에 버렸어야 했어요.저는 제 집에서도 그런 시트를 두고 싶지 않았어요.너무 낡고 울퉁불퉁하고 불편했거든요.다음날 아침 프런트 데스크에 바꿔달라고 요청했더니 ”보통 이런 요청은 오전 9시 전에 들어와야 하는데, 바꿔줄 수 있다는 보장은 없어요”라는 매우 건방지고 무례한 답변을 받았어요.(청소부가 층에 나타나기도 전에 오전 10시쯤 요청했어요.) 저는 이 답변이 매우 불쾌하고 불친절하다고 생각했어요.제가 시트를 거칠고 불편하게 만든 것이 아니라 단지 제 숙박을 더 좋고 편안하게 만들어달라고 요청한 것이었거든요.그리고 저는 매우 친절하게 요청했고 서두르지 않았어요.그저 하루가 끝나거나 다음 날까지만 해줬으면 5일 내내 거칠고 불편한 시트에서 자지 않아도 됐을 거예요.그들은 결국 시트를 바꿔줬지만 저는 그런 답변에 만족하지 못했어요. 이틀 후, 청소부들이 더러운 걸레와 제 개인 소지품 옆 책상과 침대 옆 탁자 위에 아무렇게나 놓인 베개 커버 몇 개를 아무렇게나 놓아두었습니다. 매우 부주의하고 비전문적이었고, 더러운 걸레가 어디에 있었는지, 그리고 그 아무렇게나 놓인 베개 커버가 깨끗한지 아닌지는 제 개인 소지품 옆에 아무도 몰랐습니다. 그들은 또한 욕실 청소를 끝내지 않았고, 수건이 없어졌고, 더러운 수건을 꺼내는 것도 끝내지 않았습니다. 이어서, 위치는 괜찮았지만, 마을의 자이언 국립공원 입구에서 멀리 떨어진 호텔 중 하나였습니다. 저는 수영장과 근처 레스토랑이 마음에 들었습니다. 마지막으로, 무료 아침 식사는 기본적이었지만 괜찮았고, 모험을 떠나기 전에 매일 아침 먹을 수 있어서 고마웠습니다.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

This trip, I wanted to escape the city noise and find somewhere peaceful — somewhere close to nature but still comfortable. And that’s how I ended up at AutoCamp Zion, just about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park in Utah. Let me tell you, this is not your average campsite. It’s glamping — glamorous camping at its best! ✨ Everything is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, from the plush bed and private bathroom to the soft lighting and stylish décor that make you feel like you’re in a boutique resort surrounded by red rocks. I stayed in one of their signature Airstream Suites, those shiny aluminum trailers that have become AutoCamp’s trademark. When I first stepped inside, I was honestly impressed — it’s minimalist, modern, and warm at the same time. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌 Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever. In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design. If you’ve been dreaming about reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort, AutoCamp Zion is the perfect place. 🌿 It’s peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel grounded, inspired, and completely at ease.

Bumbleberry Inn is very conveniently located in Springdale (the main town to access Zion National Park). The Inn has its own dedicated bus stop for the free bus services within Springdale and to Zion National Park’s entrance. It is also just a block away from Sol Foods (the only supermarket in town). The room looks new and overall it is very clean. Plus point is that parking is free to all guests (other accommodation often charge additional parking fee). The accommodation comes with breakfast vouchers for two at The Porters (the restaurant just outside of the Bumbleberry Inn). The Porters has a good selection of food for its breakfast menu. Don’t forget to also try the Bumbleberry Pie (Legendary Zion’s Pie) from the cafe beside the Porters. There is also a hidden mini zoo with animals like Turkey, duck, boar, goat and pony that you can visit during your stay. Overall, would definitely recommend this Inn to everyone who is visiting Zion!

All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!

시온에서 베가스로 돌아왔습니다. 나는 이 장소를 아주 좋아한다. 유타 사람들은 매우 열정적입니다. 근처에 사격장이 있어 적극 추천합니다. 로우디스라고 합니다. 총을 쏘기 위해 미국에 오고 싶다면 확실히 준비할 수 있습니다. 캘리포니아보다 선택의 폭이 넓고 라스베가스보다 저렴합니다. 사람이 적습니다. 뭐니뭐니해도 관광객이 많은 곳은 아니다. 아래층에는 셀프 서비스 세차장이 있으며 일본 철판 구이 레스토랑은 매우 맛있습니다.

酒店位置很好，上高速非常方便，從這兒去錫安國家公園很方便，而且早餐食物全部都是熱的，早餐也很豐富，在這個價位酒店中我覺得早飯質量高於其他酒店，前台服務人員很熱情友好。

Overall, the hotel experience was satisfactory: the location was convenient and the rooms were clean. However, we were disappointed by the situation after check-out. About an hour after leaving, we realized that we had forgotten an expensive spoon from a set in the room and immediately called the hotel. At first, the staff said they would check the room, but later called back saying they had not found anything. In the evening, we came to the hotel in person and were told that items related to food are usually thrown away. This situation significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.
