We are within walking distance of our community pool.Cozy 3-bedroom house with two full bathrooms, with an indoor fireplace, and smart TVs in every room. On the main floor, you will see two bedrooms, one with three single bunks for kids, and the other with a queen-size bed. Living room with fireplace (pellets), A full-size kitchen with tons of gadgets to make cooking a breeze. Upstairs, you will find a loft to turn into a work or sleep area with a futon that can sleep 2, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. There is an extra full-size air mattress and a vacuum.Please be respectful of others in the neighborhood. Keep the noise down and park only in the driveway.No smoking inside the house. You can smoke outside. Any evidence that you have will result in a $150 fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred.We put a lot of time and effort into our home, and ask that you please be respectful and courteous and leave the house in the same condition you saw it.Our cleaners use a photographed checklist at check-in and check-out, and you will be fined for any additional cleaning costs, repairs, or damages caused during your stay.Dogs are allowed, but not in the bedrooms. Note that there is a $100 per pet fee with a 2-pet minimum (a dog pen is available, adjustable). Free parking on the premises fits three cars.Guests have access to the entire house except for one locked closet.Other things to noteA great perk of the association in the community is a seasonal pool available for all. Guests need to purchase wristbands at the welcome center to gain access to pools and beaches. The association E-Beach is seasonal and typically starts in June and ends the first week of September.
