This awesome property features 4 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a one with shower over bathtub and the other with a shower, and additional living spaces with a sofa bed and portable crib/pack and play. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Yuba City.The pool is not heated, but is open for use year-round. The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors.The spaceThis beautifully mostly remodeled four-bedroom two-bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas and the fourth room is a private suite. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs available for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. For further instructions on how to use the pool gate please message me and I will send you a how to video.NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property. Our rental does not allow parties or events. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages or anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, trampoline, playground, and small child's table. This house can accommodate 8 people, but above 6 is $55 per person. Very close to town. Safe motorcycle parking available.The spaceThis house is very close to the heart of Yuba City not far from stores, gyms, restaurants, Gauche water park, Ellis Lake, Dirt bike tracks, Millennium Axe Throwing, Kart Racing, & Laser Tag. 20 minutes from Hard Rock and the Wheatland Toyota Amphitheatre. If you like spacious this house is the house for you. There are three bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat. The game room features ping pong, foozeball, and a futon. There is a laundry room for your use. There are TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and game room. Enjoy the backyard with table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor patio furniture, children’s table, swing bench, BBQ grill, fire pit, trampoline and playground. It does have one step going down into the game room and there is a baby gate. If you need the baby gate, it is in the game room. Baby gates have caused damage to the paint on the door frame. Please be courteous of other guests.The garage parking is for you, however, the guests in the back, as well as the owner/Housecleaner do have access to the laundry area, supplies, and refrigerator that is in the garage.
