아르티장 에코 호텔 후기

사진에서 보시는 것처럼 문 잠금 장치가 고장났습니다. 수리를 요청했더니 관리 직원이 없다고 하더군요. 문 잠금 장치 없이 하룻밤을 묵어야 했습니다!

번거로움 없는 호텔… 하룻밤 쉬기에 좋아요

에어컨을 16°C로 맞추고 3L 윈 스피드로 설정했는데도 여전히 너무 더워서 땀이 미친 듯이 나고, 잠도 못 자고, 밤에는 물방울 떨어지는 소리까지 들립니다. 복도 냄새도 심하고, 베개 냄새도 나고, 뭔가 거슬리는 것도 있어서, 참 끔찍한 경험을 했습니다.

매우 좋은. 숙소는 매우 좋고 깨끗합니다. 하지만 주전자는 없습니다.

안타깝게도... 물에 문제가 있다고 하더군요... GG 호텔로 바꿔 묵고... 속은 기분... 하지만 GG 호텔에서.... 유일한 가장 좋은 점은 제공되는 게임을 좋아하는 내 딸들입니다.... 방과 화장실이 너무 작습니다... 한동안 온수기로 사용한 후.. 그런데 갑자기 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않습니다 ...

객실 크기와 위치에 비해 합리적인 가격. 좋은 위치! Sunway 라군에 쉽게 연결됩니다. 650m. 걷다 체크인 지점이 인상적이지 않고, 예약 기록이 없는 것 같고 체크인하는 데 시간을 보냅니다.

Nice hotel with many restaurants nearby. Shopping mall just few step away.

Check in and check out was smooth. RM50 deposit required, with receipt given for refund at end of stay. Room was clean, and AC didn’t have weird smells. However the soundproofing is rather lacking, we could hear running and doors closing quite often.

Quick stay here for urgent matters..close to restaurant and convenience store..and easy access to the hotel

This was my second time putting up here and thank you for the complimentary breakfast vouchers. And was glad that Bon Odouri was happening next to the hotel

The location near with Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway lagoon & sunway medical centre. Easy to find food. Very clean. But not provide toiletries.

It was a great stay overall, location-wise its a less than 3 minute walk to Sunway Pyramid mall passing thru smaller streets and shops. There are nearby eateries and convenience stores for those late night cravings too. Free water dispenser is available along the hallway each floor for convenience. Room provided is huge yet basic, keeping with their eco-friendly theme. Free breakfast also provided with voucher on the nearby cafe, though the drink itself needs to top up by RM 5 which is fine. My only drawback was the lavatory sink leak throughout my stay, I already told the housekeeper to address it with someone. But that help never arrived, so I used the extra towels to catch the drip. Other than that I appreciate the minimalist setup on the room, but can be improved more on addressing guest’s concerns.

Bed sheet need to be change looks old and not fresh, room is clean. Bed not comfortable and pls change the pillow too. Very noise from upstairs make me cant sleep. Even still early morning they keep making noise. Very not comfortable. Not recomended at all.
