리리뷰어Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem.
