'호텔은 균일한 BW 스타일입니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 큰 캐리어를 2층으로 옮기기가 어렵습니다. 다행히 우리는 1층에 방을 줄 것입니다. 아침 식사가 더 편리합니다. 사실 호텔에서 멀지 않은 곳에 M이 있는데 호텔의 조식은 아주 고급스럽진 않지만 꽤 푸짐합니다. 전반적으로 좋은 선택입니다. 나는 아침 식사를 하는 동안 은퇴한 노인들을 많이 보았다. 우리는 모두 젊은이입니다.'

Welcome to the Stuart Splash! We hope you enjoy our newly updated, coastal pool home near downtown Stuart FL; complete with a private heated POOL, BBQ GRILL, KAYAK and large backyard!
The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.
Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use.
ENSUITE BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, & vanity).
-There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at home office!
FRONT BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations
-Dresser and Full Sized Closet.
POOL BEDROOM:
-QUEEN bed w/ new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress
-55” Smart TV

-This bedroom overlooks the pool & patio area. (walks out to the back yard/pool)
SOFA BED:
-The sectional couch in the living room converts into a full sized bed
-A new memory foam topped sofa bed mattress w/ fitted sofa bed sheets
PACK N' PLAY CRIB:
- Available for those guests traveling with babies.
-The Front Bedroom & Pool Bedroom share a large recently updated full bath (shower, toilet, sink/storage) which is handicap friendly.
-All of the mattresses are made up with soft, high quality micro fiber sheets and a light weight blanket with optional comforter.
KITCHEN:
The house has a fully equipped Kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances. All you need to cook at home will be at your fingertips.
Don’t forget to check out the DRINK BAR with coffee, tea, wine and mixed drink amenities including a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN DRINKS MACHINE for your personal use while you are staying at the home!!
DINING & LIVING ROOM:
Both the Dining & Living areas seat 6-8 people comfortably, with a few extra stools available at the kitchen island for overflow. The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house).
The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have!
We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport.
This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Its layout is handicap accessible and appealing to all ages and abilities!…Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself! If you have additional requests please inquire within and we will do our best to accommodate them if we are able (additional fees may apply). Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance take place at the house year round which require personal access to the yard for approximately :30-60 minutes at a time. If you have scheduled activities in the yard which will interfere with this please advise us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.
*Please note that the pool is uncovered and unfenced. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated. The Pool is cleaned weekly (every Tuesday & Friday) however in-between cleanings; it is the guests responsibility to skim out any debris (daily) in the pool with the provided pool net.
Overview of House Rules:
- Max overnight guests = 8 (Max Daily occupancy 12)
- No Smoking/Drugs anywhere on property (this includes vaping and marijuana use)
- No Parties/Events (quiet hours from 9pm-7am must be observed in respect of our neighbors)
- No Overnight Street Parking (the driveway should provide ample parking space & use of the garage is negotiable with prior request)
- Minimum age renter is 21 years old
All children under the age of 18 shall have adult supervision at all times while using the pool
Normally one Pet is allowed per booking. Pets must be pre approved & may require additional Pet & Cleaning Fees & a signed Pet Agreement form. Please inquire within for more information about pets and/or to request a pre approval or the ability to bring more than one pet per booking.
The home is ideally located in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood east of Dixie highway (U.S. Hwy 1). It is an easy drive; ~less than 10 minutes!~ to both the heart of downtown Stuart & over the causeway to the sandy beaches of Hutchinson Island! This great location is not to be missed...While staying at the Stuart Splash, you will truly be just minutes from anywhere in Stuart and very accessible to the entire Treasure Coast!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Guests must inquire w/in before booking w/ pet(s)..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.A Pack'n Play travel crib is available for babies.About customRules:Pet(s) ok'd w/ add'l fee on a case by case basis; if booking is made prior to pet approval & pet is subsequently denied; a pet refund will be issued..The pool is open/uncovered w/in a fenced backyard. Enjoy dining al fresco on the large, covered patio deck or relaxing in a comfy Adirondack chair in the big backyard under the shade of the grand lychee nut tree. A butterfly garden and exterior lighting create a romantic setting day and night. Only 1 mile to downtown Stuart and 4 miles to Stuart Beach on Hutchinson Island. Shopping and restaurants nearby.
All new beds with BeautyRest adjustable mattresses with remote control for making sleeping, reading in bed or watching TV extremely comfortable. All new kitchen with quartzite counters, new white shaker cabinets, new pots and pans. AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks!
PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking.
PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property. This property is located in a 0.50 acres of lot next to Audubon of Martin County Nature Preserve, between Downtown Stuart and Hutchinson Island. The house is fantastic and ideal for a relaxing time; it is a quiet and safe neighborhood in a peaceful, family-friendly area, perfect for those seeking a lovely vacation time.
This property was built in 1959, fully renovated , has three separate bedrooms and multiple sofas in a cozy living room area. One large bathroom in the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. The second bathroom is modern, luminous and new. There are 5 TVs total, one in the master bedroom, a second one in the queen bedroom, a third one in the living room, a fourth one in the kitchen and the fifth one in the pool area.
The house has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room and Florida room. The patio is fenced with a charcoal grill. The pool surrounded with lawn chairs. The outdoor area has a spectacular view of the Audubon nature preserve in Martin County FL.
There are 2 main fences, one surrounding the yard and the other surrounding the lot. On the left side of the land there is another small property with a separate entrance.
Oasis Pool: Immerse yourself in luxury with a magnificent pool, perfectly situated within ample grounds. Surrounded by lush greenery and expansive outdoor areas, this pool invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun under the Florida sun. The swimming pool and the house do not have heating.
