We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautifully updated, but still has lots of character. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, though the bathtub/shower is super deep and slippery, making it a little tricky to get in and out of. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet- it is was bountiful and delicious. The best part of this hotel is the location - right in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere and enjoyed taking it all in! Strasbourg is a wonderful town and this hotel puts you in the heart of it all.

우리는 최근 2 명의 어린 자녀 (4와 5)와 함께 4 명의 가족으로 2 박을 묵었습니다. 예약은 매끄럽고 쉬운 바였습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있는지 여부에 대해 혼란이있었습니다. 호텔은 Petite France의 놀라운 위치에 있지만 보행자 전용 거리에 있기 때문에 호텔에는 매우 제한된 주차 공간이 있습니다. 공공 차고가 근처에 있으며 호텔에는 € 18.50/night의 보조금이 있으므로 문제가되지 않습니다. 건물 자체는 아름답고 역사적이며 많은 기간이 있습니다. 객실은 오래되었지만 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗하며 캐릭터가 있습니다 (목재 바닥 / 빔 등) 우리 방은 패밀리 룸이어서 아이들이 정말 좋아하는 이층 세트가있었습니다. 네스프레소 기계의 추가 혜택은 카페인 중독자 부모와 함께 잘 내려갔습니다. 욕실은 큰 샤워 시설로 거대했습니다. 제공되는 수건이 많았고 호텔 세면 도구는 괜찮은 품질이었습니다. 훌륭한 전반적인 체류 기간 동안 작은 흑인 만있었습니다. 즉, 아침과 아침 식사에 좌석과 공급이 부족하고 우리 방은 요청했지만 청소되지 않았으며 6 시간 동안 외출했습니다. 전반적으로 추천하고 다시 머물 것입니다.

Cheap room price compared to other hotels. Room is small but clean. It serves all its purposes. Others mentioned about the tram noise but i dont find it a issue. In fact it is so convenient to me close to the tram station. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel if you do not want to more just from a place to sleep.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

도시 가장자리에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔. 시내 중심가에 도착하는 데 시간이 걸리지만 국경을 넘어 독일로 가고 싶다면 편리합니다. 직원들은 정중하고 친절하며 첫 번째 방에서 문제를 신속하게 해결했습니다(샤워에서 침실로 누수). 이런 일이 발생할 때 호텔에서 가방을 옮기거나 불편을 끼쳐 드려 무료로 음료를 제공할 것을 제안하는 경우도 좋습니다. 이 경우는 발생하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 다른 아침보다 좋았지 만 좋았습니다. 나는 현지 치즈와 햄에 감사했습니다. 그러나 햄은 우리 마지막 아침까지 약간 떨어져있는 것처럼 보였습니다! 트램 정류장 바로 맞은편에 있는 위치는 교차로의 위치가 그다지 흥미롭거나 그림 같지는 않지만 도시를 쉽게 탐색할 수 있음을 의미합니다. 낮에는 무료 테스와 커피가 제공되며 주전자가 물을 끓일 때 너무 오래 걸리지만 좋은 터치입니다. 도시와 아마도 이웃 독일을 탐험하고자 하는 사람들에게 이상적인 훌륭한 숙박입니다.

The hotel is affordable, stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. They speak multiple languages. They welcome your well behaved dog and provide treats and dog bowls. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and allow your dog to eat with you. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. They have private parking available for small cars. You must make arrangements in advance to park in their garage. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and tram stations. You can also walk to Petite France and Notre Dame Cathedral.

We had an overall wonderful experience in the Hotel Beaucour. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the interior of our room was cozy. The location was perfect; nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with cafés/bars/restaurants in front of your doorstep and right by the river, it is just a 3-min walk from the cathedral and the city centre. A parking lot is just opposite and the price is slightly reduced for hotel guests. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Strasbourg.
