The hotel is affordable, stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. They speak multiple languages. They welcome your well behaved dog and provide treats and dog bowls. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and allow your dog to eat with you. The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. They have private parking available for small cars. You must make arrangements in advance to park in their garage. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and tram stations. You can also walk to Petite France and Notre Dame Cathedral.

This is one of the most underwhelming hotels I have stayed in. Pro’s: location is on tramline and a close walk to attractions. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast is good. Cons: if your room faces the street it is incredibly loud. Bring earplugs. Horns, tram, screaming. Pillows are hard, no plug anywhere near the bed to charge a phone. Dim lights/no overhead light. The room was painted very dark/no pictures on walls. Not cheerful at all. The hallway was red and looked like a toddler painted it. There were nice touches like a free chocolate but this place misses the mark.

The hotel is very close to the city center. Strasbourg is a beautiful place to spend a short weekend. The hotel is nice and well refurbished. The spaces are small but well decorated. The breakfast is super tasty and the staff are very kind. If you travel by car, you must reserve a parking place.

The service is good, room was clean and the position of the hotel is perfect for sightseehing. Just the breakfast could be a better, it would be nice to start with a fresh crosaint the day. We enjoed our trip to straßburg.

Nicely equipped rooms, great location just outside the center and in walking distance of major sights. The staff is also a big plus, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use the hotel again with its parking

Such a nice hotel, classic European. Was welcoming, helpful, tidy, attractive, clean, and pleasant. Also extremely handy for the bus stop down at Place Etoile. We loved walking up to cafes for breakfast, and also there's a very good supermarket right across the street. Strongly recommend.
