윈덤 게티즈버그(Wyndham Gettysburg)

우리는 방을 두 번이나 바꿔야 했고 결국 방을 옮기는 것에 지쳤습니다. 첫 번째 방은 악취가 나고 시트에 얼룩이 있었습니다. 두 번째 방에는 베개에 냄새가 나고 얼룩이 더 심했습니다. 세 번째 방은 냄새가 더 좋았지만 이불과 이불만 없었습니다. 구멍이 있는 또 다른 담요를 위한 이불을 요청했습니다. 카펫이 얼룩졌고 욕실에는 팬이 작동하지 않았고 샤워 커튼과 샤워실에 곰팡이가 있었습니다. 이 시점에서 좌절했기 때문에 직접 청소해야 했습니다. 그 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 친절한 직원, 특히 Charlene이었습니다. 솔직히 저는 이 끔찍한 경험에 대해 환불을 받을 자격이 있습니다. 그러나 그것이 바로 그것입니다.

호텔은 매우 아름답습니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성들은 이보다 더 친절할 수 없었습니다. 예외는 없었지만 방은 충분히 좋았습니다. 깨끗했어요. 매트리스는 매우 사용된 것처럼 보였고 더 단단할 수 있었습니다. 또한 왜 샤워실 문이 절반만 있는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 하지만 가격이 맞다면 저는 여기에 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

This hotel is old but you can feel that hotel is really American brand. The room is huge, the area of hotel is enormous, although the hotel and amenities not quite modern but my family loved here. * The Cleanliness is ok(not bad) * Location is very convenient if you are going to other city.Very close to Highway and downtown of this small city. * Service is alright but not professional. * Amenities are OK but it is not ultra modern hotel. In Conclusion this hotel deserves that money.

I am not sure I want to give a reference to have many others come, but I have to be fair to the exceptional service, care wonderful facility of the Wyndham in Gettysburg. The staff was so kind at every step, the bar tender who made sure my wife was okay, the breakfast servers who made sure our meal was excellent, the responsive and attentive front desk staff... What a team to make one's stay so wonderful, and it was. It is so large, the rooms so clean, realy, you can see th effort put into this operation for the comfort of their guests. There are large goups finding this place for large weekend events, but its is such a large place, it sodes not affect the privacy of other guests, Amazing... I cannot imagine someone not really enjoying their time in this wonderful area.

This is always one of my favorite places to stay in Gettysburg! It can be pricey during the tourist season (summer) but it's a great value to stay any other time. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are usually very comfortable.

Said that the breakfast was included but it costs $17 per person for the buffet style dinning. And the normal menu items where way over priced. There was people sneaking into the pool room but upon there leaving an employee allowed me and my partner to have the pool room to ourselves until closing. So that was really awesome. The staff experiences I had were amazing the whole time the property was in a good spot out side the city and generally close to anything you wanted to explore. No real complaints other the the misleading breakfast inclusion.

The hotel was very nice and restaurant had excellent food. The person who checked us in when asking him question about Gettysburg just kept saying he didn’t know because it was the off season? If I could give him names of stores and where we wanted to go he could probably look it up but I felt I was putting him out in doing so. So we just went back to room and looked things up ourselves.

Everyone I encountered smile, was kind and especially when I ran in to the outside brick wall. I spent many months in a cast or boot non- weight bearing so my feet aren't coordinated. The staff was truly concerned. I am 68 and they treated accordingly without baby me like I was and old lady. Monday morning the manager called to see if I was doing well and of co**** I was. Then HR called to be sure I was still doing ok. I kept telling them in no way was the Hotel responsible. It was just and accident do to the surgery I had. Thank you, Wyndam

upon check in, our room had stuff all in it. a dirty socrk, a toy, water bottle under the side table, pens on the floor. paper and such. the room smelled like smoke. after extensive searching where this smoke smell was coming from, it was the ice bucket. apparently the guests before us, used the ice bucket for an ash tray, which would explain why the windows were open. house keeping failed the room. yes we did talk to the front desk, they sent someone up to pick up the trash. that night, just because, we lifted the cushion on the chair and of course, that had garbage under it as well.
