The Cozy Clifftop View is dog friendly & nestled on 40 acres surrounded by trees and fields. This secluded atmosphere will help you unwind and relax after a day of shopping locally or experiencing the many outdoor activities the area offers. There is a private propane fire pit and 2 chairs for enjoying the view when weather permits. You'll stay will consist of a private bathroom on the second floor above a detached garage has a stand-up shower, sink, and toilet. The space comes standard with queen bed to sleep 2 comfortably. For those traveling with friends, parent, children or an additional guest, we offer 2 folding twin beds with 5" mattress . (Must request additional beds during booking and allow us time to set it up) Guests with children, please be aware the property is on a cliff/hilltop. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. Host is relieved of all responsibility. The room has a small kitchenette area has SS refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for your convenience. Please note this is NOT an apartment. It does not have a stove for cooking hot meals. We offer occasional snacks such as protein bars, popcorn, and/or oatmeal to get you through your first night. We include coffee/filters, tea, and creamer. We have excellent well water which you can obtain from the bathroom sink for drinking/coffee or bring your own. Guests are not required to wash their dishes. Host provides a tote for the dirty dishes. For guests staying long periods, we ask that you place them in the tote & leave them at the bottom of the stairs when you need them washed. We will return them ASAP. In the rear of the unit, there is a propane grill and a propane firepit for your evening enjoyment during Spring to early Fall. (Seasonal) We are a pet friendly family and offer our booking to those traveling with dogs. Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats at this time. Please let me know if you are bringing pets. Pets will be billed an extra $25 per stay. Failure to notify host will result in a $50 additional fee for cleaning. There are no fences or confinements for pets. Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and keeping their pets safe and on the premises. Cleaning up after your pet is appreciated. The owner will use the upper level from time to time, but most often you will find yourself alone. Within 45 min drive of downtown Spokane you will find yourself close enough to be connected but far enough away to enjoy yourself.With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths you will have plenty of space to share. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, roomy closets, and beautiful views of the lake. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with additional floor mattresses. The first bathroom includes a walk in shower, while the second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo for any little ones. The entire house is finished in deep rich natural woods which only adds to feeling of comfort.A spacious living room with section couch and TV provide the central location for all your indoor activities. Deer lake has so much to offer. Come put your feet up while you enjoy stunning views of Deer Lake in this newly furnished custom-built waterfront home that features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements: Master suite is upstairs and features a king sized bed, custom rock shower, double sinks, granite and a large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms feature generous bunk bed configurations, with double beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Downstairs in the great room, there’s a queen fold out sofa bed and two click-clacks (basically just a fancy name for futon). VRBO considers this area a 4th bedroom, but we we want you to know that there’s no privacy to the open den area on the main floor. Please note this is truly a 3 bedroom. The cabin is most comfortable for 8 guests. Linens: Your beds will bed freshly made just prior to your arrival, including two pillows for each guest. Freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels, face towels and kitchen towels will also be provided. Kitchen: The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features natural finish cabinetry and granite counters. Included are pots, pans, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender and instant-pot, cooking utensils and some seasonings. We will leave you a dozen of our favorite K-cups, but feel free to bring your own stash of coffee and seasonings as well! Dining: There are two indoor dining spaces. One is the large dining table that can be extended to fit 8 people. and the other is the kitchen counter with barstools.Family room: Large sectional sofa, 2 click clacks, coffee table and flat panel smart TV that overlooks the lake. There’s also a natural wood burning fireplace. If you want to use it, you should bring firewood with you, which you can usually pick up in Deer Park on the way to the cabin. BBQ: The BBQ is a Traeger Pellet Grill which has 6-in-1 ability to grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, and bbq. We’ll leave you a fully stocked hopper as well as an extra container of pellets, just in case you like to BBQ as often as we do and in case you’re not familiar with these awesome grillsThe Deck: Enjoy your morning coffee and relax on the deck while enjoying panoramic views of Deer Lake. There’s a propane fire table (fire pit) on the deck and we’ll make sure that you have a full tank of propane waiting for you. The Dock: The private oversized wood dock is a great place to spend the day relaxing, jumping and swimming. The dock is configured with two separate boat slips and we will always make sure that there’s a slip available for you. There's also two gazebos, one with an additional fire pit and seating underneath it. Watercraft: If you want to bring motorized watercraft, message us prior to booking so we can talk about the size of your boat, number of skis, moorage, and trailer parking. Guests are expected to adhere to boating safety laws and lake etiquette, including observing the no-wake zone. Extra fees will apply. If you’re bringing watercraft, message us BEFORE YOU BOOK for approval. Dogs: If you want to bring your dog(s) with you, message us prior to booking with the size of your dog(s) and their level of training.
