Comfort Inn

I was honestly not expecting greatness but I was so wrong. This hotel was so cozy and comfortable. The staff have the hotel spotless and we’re always friendly. Juanita checked me in and was just lovely. She always called me by name and asked if there was anything I needed. It is little things like this that are noticeable and will always get my business. Happy hour is from 4-6 so beer and snacks are free. Breakfast is your basic cereal, bagels, yogurt, eggs…. If you don’t like what they have there is a grocery store next door. Colville is beautiful and this hotel is a real gem.

Horrible experience. Hotel is old, stinks and is ridiculously overpriced. Wi Fi is garbage. Was lied to by employees (twice) and as a bonus, was charged twice for one nights stay. They won’t refund it.

Worst stay ever. The claimed suite was a room, the WiFi was non-functional and the one person on-site during a weekday's business hours could not provide a replacement for a broken office chair. Their free breakfast was out of staples as well, leading us to die elsewhere. Management's response to their failure to provide what was promised was to offer a discount on a future stay. My impression is management could care less about the state or quality of their establishment as long as they get enough money. If asked, I would say make Comfort Inn in Colville your Last Choice.

This is an older motel that is over priced. Several very small toiletries provided. What gave me pause was the toilet plunger provided. Only hotel.motel I have stayed in to have that. Fortunately it was not needed. The place was clean.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms and other facilities were clean, and it was relatively quiet. We will stay here again when we visit. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good as well and there was a number of fresh & delicious items offered. Great value for money.

We planned this stop because of our big dog, and it was clean, quiet, perfect, and wonderful for an overnight stay. I told them they should be very proud. You will enjoy it, especially for the rates! The breakfast was good - beyond adequate - and I would definitely stay there again!

Our Canadian family group attempted to cross the Cascade Canadian border. We showed our passports, our vaccine passports, and our completed ArriveCan app to the customs agent. He informed us that we each need a PCR test because that was part of the COVID protocol otherwise Health Canada would give us heavy fines. We tried finding a testing facility that did not send their results to Spokane. We found the Safeway pharmacy in Colville met this criteria. However, the pharmacist was on duty Sunday at 10 am. The results took 1/2 hour. We were delighted to find the Comfort Inn. A newer quiet place was west of Walmart. We made use of the hot tub and the indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. My son liked his biscuit, omelette, and sausage combination. I liked the waffle. The desk clerks were very helpful.
