Perched in one of the best locations of the resort, this ski-in/out condo is located on the top floor and features panoramic views over the Steamboat Ski area and the Yampa Valley. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom create an open, spacious feeling. You enter the home and immediately notice the open concept layout and the nice modern touches throughout the condo. The large open kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and an adjacent dining area with a large table with plenty of seating for the whole family. The living area has a dramatic floor to ceiling remote controlled gas fireplace, Google smart TV with Sony soundbar, a large sofa, and two comfy armchairs for everyone to spread out and relax. Newly updated bedding includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin XL's in the second bedroom and a high quality queen+ sleeper sofa from American Leather in the living room Torian Plum is just steps away from the new Wild Blue gondola; true ski in/out convenience at its best. The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. Things to Know This home is only equipped with air conditioning in the primary bedroom. No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking. Pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request .
