Exit your door and the adjacent stairs lead directly to the ski slopes in winter and hiking or biking trails in summer. This condo is right next to the ski area and national forest, perched on a ridge just above the ski resort's base area, which is what gives this condo such amazing views. The building has an elevator, but it's just one level down from the condo to the laundry room or the ski locker room. Put on your boots, step outside, and step into your skis. Glide to and from the beginner level “Right O Way'' ski trail which is groomed nightly and leads directly to both Gondolas. This location has separate ski in and ski out routes to and from the Right O Way trail. The ski in route begins farther up the hill, so that skiing in is flat, not uphill.
