Backyard:The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating. Spa heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.Other Details to note:Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. The entire house is surrounded by natural desert landscaping which will soothe your soul and provides privacy from the other homes in the neighborhood. Take a walk through the quiet neighborhood streets or drive just a short distance to multiple trailheads including Sabino Canyon only 5 minutes away. There are multiple great restaurants and grocery stores only 5 minutes away or drive 10 minutes to the upscale La Encantada shopping mall with shopping, restaurants and the famously local AJ's Fine Foods with awesome wine and deli and bakery selections. Everything you need to unwind and relax is right nearby, with the ever present desert landscape always in view. There is ultra high speed internet for those that need the connection, and internet TV including Netflicks, Prime, and Peacock.
