Tracy was great and very responsive. We got to the apartment very late after our Hobbiton tour and was happy to see many food options. Check in was easy with the instructions provided. Stay was pleasant and the apartment was well furnished with very new dishwasher, kitchen utilities and washing machine. Our only minor complaint is that we wished there was a dryer for our clothes as well. Highly recommended. Once again, thank you Tracy. Regards. Jon

Was a pleasant stay. Even extended one more round of stay because of how spacious the place can be. Well equipped and priced was competitive around the area. Staff was helpful and very understanding. There's a mini gym and pool. Room are clean and kitchen is well equipped. Was a pleasant stay! Will be here again for sure

Comfortable and basic apartment with everything you need to make yourself at home - fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Close to the mall for shopping and supplies. Onsite parking is convenient and seems safe!

Nice accomodation, close to supermarkets and the river. Clean, although some of the fixtures are a bit dated. Friendly staff

Receptionist was so welcoming.. thoughtful of her to turn on the heater for us in the room before our arrival.

The property is located in a beautiful and quiet park. You have everything you need in a lovely space. The rooms are clean and neatly decorated. Even though there is no reception at the property, you can still easily get assistance by phone and texts. I left my backup cell phone in the room when I checked out, thanks to the staff who immediately informed me when he found it and managed to return it to me. I really appreciate their kindness.

Fab location for our sporting event. Clean. Fab customer service. Super helpful service. Comfy bed and pillows.
