If you have a small child we do have a pack and play available in the laundry room at all times. We also have a ladder guard available to prevent climbing of the loft ladder and can set it up prior to your arrival with notice (it is always available in the utility room). There is also a spacious front porch that spans the front of the cabin, facing into the clearing and featuring tables and seating.A large fire pit area is carved into the side of the hill in front of the cabin with a 4ft diameter fire pit and rustic log seating. Cut firewood, kindling, paper and a lighter are complimentary and are available in a basket on the front porch.A gas barbecue grill is available for guests outside. Gas and BBQ tools are included.Heat and AC are provided through 2 mini split pumps - one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom.
