We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.When it gets too hot, the AC may not work properly because it’s too hot outside. There are window units as a back up. In the evening when it cools down it's fine.Guests have to login to and logout of their own account for all streaming services.There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.To operate thermostat please tap the right side of the Nest thermostat. The face of the thermostat will light up. Then slide your fingers up or down to your desired option, tap to select.
