JJessieca Marie TolentinoI booked for Family Deluxe Room with Kitchenette but what I received is just a Family Room with 3 beds without partitions which is way different what I have selected online. The manager asked to upgrade the room but with additional fee. We’re on a budget and could not afford to do that. I immediately asked assistance from Trip.com because the voucher I’ve received is no kitchenette and it’s inconvenient because instead of us can cook to save we need to buy pricey meals in White beach. Lucky, Howard offered us to compensate regarding the inconvenience because it stressed me out. Thanks to him.

리리뷰어Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience.
A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets.
The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

리리뷰어Spotless rooms, obviously recently modernised - smelled clean if that’s possible. Bed comfy sheets and towels clean. Complaints - no kettle in room but available in well equipped shared kitchen..but no one wants to go and get hot water for morning coffee. Next we were in room 301 right next to the kitchen and some selfish westerns decided to have a loud conversation in the kitchen at midnight. Other than that I’d go back because of its cleanliness but not to room 301.

제목 Sabang 해변에도 불구하고 여기나 주변 어딘가에 해변이 없다는 것을 알아야 하지만 바위로 만든 해안가일 뿐입니다. 모래 위에 누워 수영을 즐길 수 있는 곳을 찾고 있다면 해안가에서 항상 출발하는 보트를 사용하는 다이버들을 위한 장소가 아닙니다.
바다에서 수영하고 싶지 않다면 이 호텔을 고려할 수 있습니다. 많은 개미와 열악한 방음이지만 다른 측면에서 돈 가치가 있습니다!

MMateja BokanThis is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

JJinglefajardo이 리조트는 정말 놀랍습니다. 장인정신이 정말 아름다워요. 객실의 모든 디테일이 정교하게 디자인되었고 꼼꼼하게 마감되어 있어요. 오래되었지만 여전히 아름답습니다. 어쩌면 약간의 리노베이션이 필요할지도 몰라요. 이 리조트는 놀라움으로 가득해요! 전형적인 디자인이 아니라 정말 독특하고, 정말 아름다워요!

단지 이 호텔의 레스토랑은 이제 하고 있지 않다는 것.
그래서 바다를 따라 레스토랑에서 삼켜 먹어 걸었습니다 ✨

귀가는 접수 여성이 트라이 세클을 부르고, 화이트 비치에서 사방 비치에 간다.
싸게 받고, 300페소로 받았습니다 🏍️
바다를 따라 밖으로 삼키고 걸을 수 있기 때문에, 경치를 보면서 천천히하고 싶은 분은 최고라고 생각합니다 👍
신경이 쓰이는 점이라면, 드라이어가 없다고
놓여있는 것은 거품이없는 샴푸와 작은 비누, 칫솔 세트 정도입니다.
여성 동반이라면 거품이 나지 않는 샴푸이기 때문에 지참하는 것이 좋을지도.
그것과 호텔 앞에, 대단한 물건 판매와, 드레드로 하지 않는지의 모집이 힘들어요
다시 갈 것 같아요 😊

리리뷰어This is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.

Ate Girly, the receptionist, was incredibly accommodating and kind, ensuring that all our needs were met. Her brother, who offers land tours, also impressed us with his great and pleasing personality, along with offering competitive prices.
Ate Girly went above and beyond by answering all our inquiries and providing valuable suggestions to ensure our tour and stay were worthwhile. Additionally, they assisted us with transportation from the hotel to the port, which was greatly appreciated.
