First, the outdoor pool is one of the best on the Isle of Palms. Featuring a baja shelf with built-in lounge chairs, the pool is designed to replicate the best part of relaxing at the ocean's edge. Surrounded by travertine tile, this amazing pool deck features a number of chairs and loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a putting green, gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, plus a complete outdoor kitchen that includes a grill, ice maker, sink, ice chest, and ample bar seating. A bonus feature is the private outdoor shower that features hot and cold water. 3405 Cameron has created the perfect backyard retreat! With the same thought, care, and design, the backyard retreat extends into the interior of 3405 Cameron. Simply put, this home is the ideal house at the beach! First, the entrance is on the ground level with the main living level, which also features three bedrooms. This makes the house perfect for any family members who would prefer not to deal with steps, which is very unusual on the island. Next, every interior wall features white shiplap (white wood planks) with gorgeous wood flooring. Nautical-themed artwork is predominantly featured throughout the home. Even the cabinetry in the kitchen features boat cleat pull knobs. The first level features the dining area with seating for eight, plus three additional seats at the bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a wonderful kitchen featuring white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. We sit on a lovely street, Carolina Boulevard and are only a three-minute walk to the beach with easy, flat beach access. It's important that your vacation stay be wonderful with an exceptional experience. We have thought of everything to make the stay memorable from the quality bed linens to a commercial ice maker maintaining an equivalent of eight bags of ice. Upon entering "Carolina in my Mind" you will realize, this house is like no other. The beautiful furnishings and design, numerous outdoor decks, unbelievable rooftop views, to enjoy the beautiful IOP sunsets, private pool and cornhole course are just a few of the amenities making this your home away from home. You will not be disappointed. The difference is in the details:-Top luxury comforters and duvet cover. Lush bath towels and beach towels and bath amenities included for everyone.-Well stocked kitchen: All plates, glasses, utensils and bar ware. Outside Grill with propane. Commercial ice maker outside. Two refrigerators. Two one cup Keurig coffee makers and one pot coffee maker. -Elevator serving all three levels. (Use upon request)-Private Pool-Champion style cornhole course (Boards and Bags included)-Two full size decks with ocean and pool views-Fully furnished rooftop with amazing ocean views and sunset views. Also views of the Ravenel Bridge and Sullivan's Island. Perfect sunset cocktail spot. -Televisions in each bedroom and bedflex/study. Could be used as a sixth bedroom. -Outdoor Shower by poolLOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Carolina in my Mind is located close to the best spot on the beach. We are located on the quiet side of the island with wide beaches and away from the traffic and crowds. After a quick two minute walk to the beach you can stroll waterfront and discover a landscape of unmatched beauty along the coast. It's not unusual to encounter dolphins at play or see a sea turtle swimming. Every day you walk will be a different experience. It's the best place to collect beautiful sea shells and make great memories. The breach inlet is just a short walk from the house , where you can take in the ocean breeze, gaze at the Ravenel Bridge or go for dinner/cocktails at the Boathouse Restaurant. A short drive to or bike ride to Isle of Palms restaurants or to Sullivan's Island. A ten minute drive will get you to Mount Pleasant that has numerous restaurants and shops. Don't forget Shem Creek where you can enjoy food and views right on the water. Last but certainly not least you are only a 20 minute drive to the "Holy City"...the best Southern city in the world!HOUSE LAYOUT1st Floor Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite full bath with tub/shower combination. Study/Bed Flex - Queen size sleeper sofa, printer and desk, option to use as an office or bedroom or both. Fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops and high end appliances. Island bar seats four people. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats ten people. Bar cart in dining area to hold bar items and drinks. This 2,700 square foot low country style home, meticulously designed by the owner, has recently undergone a renovation. Situated just 1.5 blocks from the beach and a mile from IOP's most popular restaurants, bars, parks, and more, it offers a perfect blend of location and luxury.The spacious kitchen is newly renovated, featuring granite countertops, cabinets, stove top, and a porcelain tile floor. The house has four large bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a spacious master bathroom, located on the first floor. The second floor accommodates three additional bedrooms, named the Green Room (or Viking room), Yellow Room, and Blue Room. The luxurious living room is thoughtfully furnished with a couch, love seat, sofa chair, a 75" TV, and a diverse collection of books for your reading pleasure.Above all, a beautiful 320 square foot screened porch awaits, complete with ample patio furniture, a couch, chairs, a table, and a 55” TV for family gatherings.
