"A well maintained caravan park a short distance from Stanthorpe and so handy to everything the region has to offer. Love the fact the park is dog friendly with a great fenced off leash area. It was fun seeing the goats and sheep on site. It is lovely down by the water, particularly at sunset. We highly recommend the park with friendly hosts Ben and Narelle."

"Amazing location in 'the bush'. As a non Australian I loved seeing the kangaroos and possums outside my cabin. It was clean, well equipped, and host/ess were very friendly. Reasonable pub grub back in town. Would live to stay here again"

"From the first email, everything was five star. I had great communication and directions for my long weekend away to rest and recover, as well as terrific suggestions for what to see and do, and where to eat locally. I loved my stay in the historic and well-appointed forget me not cabin. It truly has everything you need, from aircon, big screen TV, Nespresso coffee maker and pods, to hotplates and all the kitchen needs for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner - it is seriously equipped! There are so many idyllic, scenic spots to sit at the cabin and across the homestead, I felt relaxed immediately. I could have swum in the creek or lounged in the outdoor bath by the firepit, but I created my own day spa experience instead in the cottage, using the fab, locally created bath melts by the superstar team of Washpool, also recommended by Diamondvale owner Rachael. The history, natural beauty, amenity and warm welcome of Diamondvale was just what I needed, a restful break. You can take a walk, or sit on your own deck, and just enjoy the birdsong and wildlife. There are lots of fire pits, seating, and a great gathering space for an event. I'd love to come back for a family and friends event here. The owners even offer a bespoke tour and vintage car if you want to do it in style. Their tips and recommendations of local vineyards, businesses and self-drive tours are fantastic. I made the most of the starry sky and easy walks and would love to come back again. Thank you!"

"Serene and private, spotlessly clean, easy drive to all local attractions. Host, Nicci, is both welcoming and unobtrusive. Loved the wood fire! WiFi can be sluggish but fine for messaging and e-browsing. Enjoyed a visit from 3 kangaroos on our last morning too."
