Amazing Value & Quality await from the moment you arrive via the grand driveway until you drive away from your designated under cover carport. The property is of grand proportions but equally very homely and cosy with 5 master bedrooms all with their own ensuite, large wardrobe space, luxury linen, king sized beds, air-conditioning, tv with netflix access, bedside tables with proper reading lights. The two good sized lounge rooms each house a slow combustion heater and provide cosy seating large enough for all guests to enjoy space which flanks the large dining room. The kitchen is open for guests to make their own tea/coffee or to refrigerate their wines. Oh and it doesn’t stop there, did I mention the hot/cold breakfast selection that is included in the very reasonable tariff?. Leone spoilt us this morning with such a lovely cooked breakfast of juice, eggs, toast & bacon but there are healthy cereal options for those who prefer them as well. It was a dream come true to stay here, just not long enough so we are already looking for an excuse for a return visit, Christmas in July next year or a family reunion perhaps? This must surely be the nicest accommodation in the area. Everything feels fresh and new but the stately furnishings and open fire-places give it a feel of elegance and charm. Throw in the spacious grounds, the kangaroos and the birdlife and you have a very special place to stay. Paula is a charming and convivial host and could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were anywhere near Stanthorpe.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Loggers Rest. The accommodation is first rate and the owners very friendly and helpful. The rooms and ensuites are fitted out in the old Queenslander style each with flat TV's and a/c. A very good selection of breakfast goodies. Only a fifteen minute walk into town. Highly recommended

A group of us spent a fun weekend in Stanthorpe and booked all four rooms at Loggers Rest. Our rooms were beautiful, beds very comfortable and the entire place felt like we were in our own home. Breakfasts was unbelievably huge and delicious! A games room out the back with pool table, spa and sauna were well used by us too. Our hosts Sharyn & Merv were so friendly, happy to sit and enjoy a cuppa and a chat with us near the warm fire. We are all looking forward to returning there next year.

The b&b also has has a wonderfull self contained "cottage" home away from home that sleeps 8. Four bedrooms comprising of 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 singles. Good sized self contained classical country kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining, fire place, reverse cycle aircon. Its clean, comfortable, practical. Outside bbq entertaining area for warmer months. We did check out the b&b which is accurately represented by the previous reviews. If you have a larger group consider the cottage!

We stayed 2 nights with friends. We are with many of the reviewers, we were amazed at the owner's affability and friendliness.Sandy helped make our stay even better and the breakfasts she served were just to amazing!! It was winter (June) and the log fire was much appreciated. We loved everything about the place and will be back.
