플라밍고 워터파크 리조트(Flamingo Waterpark Resort)

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

Hotel was nice, beds were great, lots of hot water and water pressure. Water slides were rough and took some skin off my kid

I usually stay here about once or twice a year and most of The Times I don't have any problems. This time I stayed in a room with a hot tub in it For my honeymoon. And as soon as I turn the tub on it, trips the breaker in my room turning off the tub, the light in the bathroom and the kitchenette area. So not only did I not get my bath but Fridge and microwave went out. I use the room phone to try to call the front and come to find out. The room phone doesn't work either. So I get my cell phone and call up to the front Because I just spent all day at the park. And didn't want to walk back down to the front office late at night. No one answers the front phone either. I leave a message. I don't getq anything back. I tell the woman this morning as I'm checking out, she's just like "oh, sorry" and laughs. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Really left a bad taste in my mouth on my honeymoon. I was super disappointed. I also picked a room that faced the resort. And the only thing my room faced was a bunch of air conditioners and some bullcrap back behind a building.

This is our to go to place every time we compete at the 6min away arena. It’s very convenient for us. They’ve remodeled it recently and it looks better but haven’t done much inside the rooms. Not bad but for the price could def be better and cleaner.

First room dirty with roaches. Safe didn’t work. No hangers in closet. Moved to another room and there was trash on the floor. The third room was okay. Had to replace safe and still no hangers in closet.

My room was very dirty, the sheets looked like they havent been washed in 3 days with all the stains, the floor had dirt stains all over , the shower and jetted tub looked like they were never cleaned at all! the stay was just very disappointing!

The water Park area was nice clean. More attention was given to the pool than to the rooms. Room floor were dirty , put a clean pair of socks and 2 minute later they were black dirty. bed bugs( my wife was stung at multiple places) . the water tap in the bathtub was constantly dripping. took over 5 minutes to get hot water. The smell of moisture was very strong. The humidity and dampness level in the room was incredible.. you woke up and the top of the comforter was wet. The staff was nice, the custodian were very helpful, the security was polite, the front desk were nice and cordial. The ownership must invest in the infrastructure of the rooms starting with the replacement of the old AC in the rooms, need to revamp all the washroom. And actually use some soap and disinfectant when washing the floor . Also need to get the mattresses vapored to kill bedbugs I recommend to spend the day at the Water Park , but i will never book a room there again.

Room smell bad, don’t go by the pics on the website/expedia. Roaches in the bathroom. Employees were really nice . Hotel not at all . I didn’t leave the same day because we had car issues .
