'Reception: All the staff at the reception we met were really helpful and were all cordial. After we checked out, I noticed that I forgot my phone charger, I called at the reception and the receptionist checked with the housekeeping and kept the charger at the reception for me to collect later on. Main Restaurant: There wasn't a large variety of food compared to other hotels in Malta but everything was really good. The chefs were checking every couple of minutes to see what had finished and replaced the food accordingly. Waiters were all exceptional except one person which forgot to take our drink orders and we kept waiting until the 3rd time we asked for the drinks, another waiter requested our order again and gave us the drinks complementary, which we really appreciated. Room: Room was small but still felt like home and had all the amities we wanted. Flat TV screen with channels such as Italia 1, Canale 5, HGTV, Boomerang, Cartoon Network and much more. Mirror in the room and also in the bathroom. A couple of clothes hangers. Bed was comfortable and spacious. On each side of the bed there were 2 usb ports and a plug to charge any appliances. Coffee, tea, milk and kettle in the room. The only thing that I preferred to have is 2 sets of soaps rather than 1 only (due that we were 2 people) or maybe instead of soaps one would use refilled bottles such as the shampoo bottle that there was attached in the shower. Suggest that the shampoo is clearly labeled due that the word shampoo was a bit small to read. Housekeeping: Were all gentle and helpful. Regarding the fact that we stayed for 2 nights only, we informed the cleaners that there is no need for cleaning of the room but requested towel change and some milk pods which they immediately provided us with.'

'Hotel urządzony w ładnym stylu, czysty. Ściany są dość cienkie i niestety słychać osoby z sąsiednich pokoi. Otoczenie hotelu średnio ciekawe, ale są sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie, miejsca parkingowe na ulicy. Dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, śniadania smaczne i spory wybór.'

'혼자 몰타 여행을 갔는데 몰타에서 가장 저렴한 옵션 중 하나로 프리메라 호텔을 선택했어요. 원칙적으로 여행 가이드에는 발레타에 가장 머물기 좋은 곳이 있다고 나와 있지만, 세인트 폴스 베이에서 발레타까지 1시간, 고조까지 페리로 1시간, 페리까지 30분이 걸리기 때문에 이를 확인하지는 않겠습니다. 라바트/엠디나는 자리를 비웠습니다. Blue Grotto와 같은 여행은 발레타를 통해서만 이동하며 버스로 2시간이 걸립니다. 그러나 이를 발레타를 경유하는 여행 경로나 공항 전 마지막 정거장으로 결합할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고, 객실은 적절하게 갖춰져 있었고, 아침 식사는 8유로에 현장에서 예약할 수 있었는데, 영국식 느낌이 약간 가미되었지만 모두를 위한 무언가가 있었습니다. 채식주의자로서 어려울 수 있는 유일한 것은 과일과 빵 그 이상을 먹을 수 있다는 것입니다.'

'The hotel location is good, just 5 mins walk to the beach and bus terminal where you get bus to Valetta and many other places for €2.5. Hotel gave us leaflets for bus schedule, map when check in which is very good. Many restaurants and convenient stores near by. I was sick after having €12 buffet dinner in the hotel. May be due to small flies on the water melon. Suggest hotel put lids on all food trays. Breakfast is ok with enough choices. Dissapointed on the amenities. Only one bottle of liquid soap for both hair and body. No conditioner. Both pools are with salty water. The indoor pool water is so salty and full of chemical smell. Not suitable for human to swim. It's a scam that hotel charges weekly fee and deposite for in room safety box. Also charge deposite for TV remote.'

'On est resté 5 jours dans une chambre avec cuisine, le séjour s’est très bien passé. La chambre était très bien, agréable, spacieuse. Le côté cuisine était parfait, four, four micro-onde, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, frigo, congélateur, etc. Le quartier est sympa mais il n’y a pas grand chose, on recommande la location d’une voiture.'

'Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain.'
