We are walking distance to three public lake access points and a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach. We are surrounded by bike trails and a short trip to Central Park. Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area and balconies from the third floor or the living area and patio on the first floor. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the 2nd floor - one with a connected bathroom with a walk-in, handicap-accessible jacuzzi tub and air conditioning. There is a second full bathroom on this floor. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor along with another full bathroom and a large laundry space with a washer and dryer.
