The people at the hotel were very nice however the hotel room itself was decently gross, floors not swept, mirrors were smudged, bathroom door was covered in warped and peeling paint, bathroom counters were not wiped down. It was dirty enough upon first arrival that I did a very extensive bedbug check.
Breakfast was good but a couple blocks away at a different building.
Internet didn’t work at all.
I am frustrated that we were told we needed a $5 parking pass but were not told that it was $5 PER DAY as well as a $3 a day service charge. They were not big charges but still annoying to find out about AFTER your visit.
If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel. The walls are PAPER thin I could hear everything our neighbors were doing.
Also felt a little unsafe with all the homeless people camping in the surrounding area but that isn’t the hotels fault.
