항구, 궁전, Bacvice 해변 및 클럽 지역과 가깝습니다(Covid-19로 인해 이미 24:00에 문을 닫음). 호스트로부터 코드와 안내를 받을 수 있도록 휴대폰 번호를 남겨두고 로밍을 하고 있는지 확인하세요. 매우 현대적이지만 작은 방과 욕실. 좋은 전망, 불행히도 작은 창. 엘리베이터가 없는 3층. 무거운 짐 없이 2~3일 정도는 괜찮습니다.

In a great location for the beach. Walkable. Close to the ferry terminal. Very well appointed room. Comfortable bed. We paid for a beach view room and were given a room on the opposite road side without explanation. As there is no reception desk at the property we heard from them regarding the room after check out the following day. Nothing more was done.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay and loved that it was so close to the beach and the old town city centre. Would suggest that beach towels be offered (1-2 min walk). This is more like a hotel room with a mini fridge and coffee service but no kitchenette - which was fine for our one night (we had stayed at a full apartment in Split earlier in our trip).

Clean, beautiful room. Great location being right by a beach and quick walk down to the town centre. Also right by bus station and dock so don’t have to take your things to far. However, no elevator so had to lug my bags up several sets of stairs. Not being a hotel, there is no other facilities or staff readily available. However if you’re just after a clean, nice room in a good location I recommend it!

We received a warm welcome when checking in. The bed was comfortable and the location only a short walk from the port. The breakfast was also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic location, short walking distance to ferry port, bus station, and beach. 10 mins walk to old part of city. We arrived with heavy suitcases at the ferry port but finding the accommodation on foot was very easy. Marin, the host, is very accommodating. This is self-service accommodation, so there no reception staff and all accessed via pin codes and key safe, etc. The only downside is that it's on the 3rd floor with no lift, so getting the suitcases up 3 flights of stairs required 2 of us for each suitcase! Accommodation was clean and modern with fantastic views. No balcony, though, so hard to dry towels, etc. Also just note, if you're travelling with a friend as I was, the bathroom has a window overlooking the bedroom with a blind for privacy, however when it's dark and bathroom light is on, it's not very private!! Having said that, I would stay here again as the location was great and host helpful.

Overall terrific stay at Dream Luxury Rooms. This is a BNB of a few rooms inside a residential apartment building not a hotel, which unclear to me when I booked, but the self-check-in worked ok, even though I arrived very late 11pm on a weekday. The check-in instructions were emailed to me the day prior/day of, so it’s important to have internet access on your cell phone in Croatia. It’s a 3 floor walk-up so make not of this. Also if arriving late at night there’s a light switch to the right inside of the main door which wasn’t apparent to me so I walked up 3 flights in the dark with my cell phone as a flashlight. The apartment and rooms appeared quite secure, modern and comfortable. There were clean towels, shower products, a chair and desk w/an electric carafe for bowling water and a couple mugs, a lavazza espresso machine. The closet had a small safe (maybe large enough to fit an iPad), a foldable luggage rack. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, the flatscreen TV was quite large (50” or so), with access to Netflix. There was in-room AC though I didn’t use this. Note: you have to turn on the water heater b4 using the shower. The only a few things if I’d bring nit-picky is 1) the towel rack in the shower is quite high, as a 5’4” person I had to stand on my tiptoes to reach it. 2) the only bathroom hook is behind the door and so not enough space to hang clothes and towel for drying hands, 3) no mat for bathroom so walking out of shower the floor gets pretty wet.

The room was very nice and well kept and within close walking distance to many sites including restaurants and beaches. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Highly recommend!

The place was a nice redesign of an old apartment, but they need to offer better service and upkeep to make this place work. No clue how this place is deemed "luxurious". They offer a room with no extra anything (pillow, sheets, blanket, towels,…). And, definitely no service. -The 2-bed option we requested was impossible since they made the bed with one sheet. When we emailed them, they told us to separate the beds ourselves. Duh, we could not separate them with one sheet and the unmovable night stands secure the beds together. -Place was tidy except the all white bathroom could use more cleaning (black water/mold marks). -The apartment, divided into rooms, is on the third floor of an old building so luggage is a challenge. -Water tank in bathroom makes a lot of noise. Keeping the door shut resolves that but also makes the room stifling hot. Window has another building in view. -The place is quiet with windows closed, except you will hear music from a club all night.
