"The location is good. However, the room I was given smelled extremely of cigarettes. I asked for another room. That one didn't smell, however there were big silverfish in that room. When I left my used and dirty towel on the floor to get a new one (as the instructions in the room say), the same towel was folded and offered as "new". I got back late that night and only realised after already having taken a shower, so I ended up not being able to use a towel. The breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good."

"Beautiful old coaching Inn type residence in the center of Speyer, a stones throw from the historic cathedral. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. "좋든 나쁘든 도시 호텔이라고 말한 느낌 아침 식사는 다른 사람과 비교해도 특별한 점은 없습니다. 방에서의 전망은 꽤 좋다. 퀸 침대에서 예약하고 있지만, 싱글이 2개 연결되어 있는 분리형이므로 혼자 자면 틈에 묻히거나 한쪽 밖에 거의 사용하지 않는 사태가 되기 쉽다 단점은 주차장이 너무 적은 것 전용 주차장은 곧 묻혀 있기 때문에 인근 파크 스페이스에 노주 할 수밖에 없다"

"We reached the back of the hotel on Sunday afternoon. The few parking places were located! Because the staff, despite the contact with the view, did not open the back door, we dragged our luggage on a way to the main entrance to the pedestrian zone. Here we learned that we would not live in the main house, but in a side street, 150m away. So we marched there and were amazed over the outside of the house and more about the “view” from the window. It was only a pleasant modern clean establishment of the house. And now the shock: in the restaurant of the Maximilian there was no more to dinner except a flame cake or salad, as you were closed. "It was Sunday and you have worked all day." But we were shown two simple rooms nearby, which were still open until 22.00 clock. So there was pizza... For breakfast (re-180m into the main house) we were offered a mini-edition with 1 hard cooked egg, 1 bread, a croissant, marmelade and 1 cup of coffee. Whoever wants sauce, cheese or even a 2. cup of coffee, must pay! Finally, I picked up our car from the postal parking and paid for it one night €16.00 parking fee. We were served and travelled early, after one (of two booked) nights again. Never again Maximilian and no more Speyer!"

"2인용 더블룸을 예약하고 도착 시 1인용 더블룸을 받습니다. 요청한 리셉션에서 이것이 "표준 방"페이지라는 정보. 침대 커버와 수건 등이 없다고 주장한 후. , 그들은 룸 서비스를 보내겠다고 약속했습니다. 그 여성은 우리 방에 노크하지 않고도 다른 침대 커버와 수건을 가져올 수 있습니다. 방에 있는 유일한 물 유리는 혼자 남아 있었습니다. 위생 시설은 낡고 석회화되었으며 전례가 없습니다. 난로는 작동하지 않았고 손잡이의 플라스틱 막대기는 끈적 거리고 외국 머리카락이있었습니다. 침대의 "장식 키트"는 덧없었습니다. 리셉션의 나이든 여성도 조사를 받았고 체크 아웃 할 때 지옥을 벗어났습니다. 우리는 확실히이 호텔을 다시 선택하거나 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 고객 서비스와 친절함이 다릅니다!"
