"Great little B&B very close to Spello. We used it as a base to explore Umbria for 4 nights. The property is on a main road just outside the city walls with public parking across the road. We did find a couple of times when returning due to the bank holiday or the weekend that getting a parking spot could be sometimes difficult. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom however unfortunately there was a drainage smell issue which ruined our stay a little bit. We put a towel over the shower drain which fixed it for the most part. Breakfast was great with a savoury or sweet option per person, coffee and juice etc. You won't go hungry! It was too cold for the pool in May but we used the spa after a lengthy Roman trail which was amazing. Overall a good place for the price."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would give them all. It is a very high level b&b. The warm and warm environment, the young owners Ilenia and Pietro, welcome with a great delicacy, great courtesy and availability. New, wide, elegant, equipped with all comforts. Garden bathrooms. Light rooms with TV and air conditioning. Large parking indoor, in the middle of the green, and closed by door.
