Great friendly helpful staff

Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn! The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!

Good location for a short stay out of town. It’s a 10 mins walk to the airport. Clean & nice hotel with friendly staff. Will recommend for transit flight stay.

I have no problem with the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for an early morning flight from Liverpool Airport and the room rates are reasonable. But be warned, you have to pay to park there when you arrive. When I booked my room, parking was £10 a night. Not long before I was due to fly, I got an email saying the cost of parking had gone up but if I spoke to a member of staff on reception, they would honour my original price. That's just as well because it now costs £30 a night to park there (there is a slight discount available, but it is slight). All a bit of a ripoff really and other hotels are available.

Bed was comfortable enough but breakfast barely warm with one staff member taking everyone's breakfast orders then serving them ..no wonder food was cold..never stayed in such an understaffed hotel anywhere.

Brilliant location for Liverpool Airport - if you have an early flight I’d definitely recommend staying here the night before. We booked a few months in advance and got a bargain rate. Spotless comfortable room. We didn’t eat but would if we stay again. There were plenty of spaces on car park. It’s a 10-12 minute walk to the airport.

Had a really great stay for one night. Tried a Premier Plus room. Impressed. Comfortable bed, lovely walk in shower, coffee machine. Good food & realy nice, friendly service. Stayed in room 221. Very quiet. Only 2 minute drive to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect stay!!! Stay here all the time and keep coking back time after time. Always a friendly welcome and the staff can't do enough for you. Had a really good night's sleep and it's really convenient for the airport in the morning for an early start

We decided to stay last minute the night before flying rather than drive to the airport directly first thing in the morning. Had a really nice meal in the evening when we arrived which set us up f9r a really relaxing night. Fully recommend if you've got to be at the airport early doors.

Booked this as stayed in March and was happy with the experience.This time arrived to find that the cost of parking had gone up from £9.90 to £12 which we did not know about. The room as clean and quiet but incredibly hot as only heating and no a/c. Also meal in the restaurant was disappointing this time. Used to book Hampton Hilton as so close to the airport but as more expensive decided to try Premier Inn. Don’t think we will be back again.

Great place to stay for an early flight clean comfortable and the food was ok we had the meal deal the car parking is chargeable and the price had increased before our arrival date fair play to premier inn I recieved a text telling me to pay for parking at the check in desk on arrival and was only charged the price advertised when I booed

Terrible experience before going on holiday. Told we had to eat immediately as we arrived at 4.30pm.then watch loads of other people just walk on and order food all night.the hotel at the airport is sooo much better and in a lot better place if u are flying early morning. Won't be coming back

Many aspects of the hotel are good and it was very clean. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We hardly slept at all, a rumbling extraction fan which must have been positioned close to the outside of our room, rumbled until late at night. We thought about having a lie in until the draymen arrived just after 7am. They were shouting and bouncing and rolling aluminium beer barrels under our window. Do not let the give you rooms 139, 140, 239 or 240, they’re too noisy. We would’ve complained as we left but there were no staff about.
