Great friendly helpful staff

Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Location brilliant, breakfast was tasty, evening meal was delicious but small for the price. Only downside was cleaners knocking from 10am on checkout day when checkout time is 12.

This place has so much going for it and I would of loved to give it 5 stars but it seems that premier inn need to step up their game and sort a few things out 1st. Lets just start with the positives. The place was immaculate,spotless.Everything was where it should of been.The place smelt fresh as a daisy which is a complement to the cleaning staff.Receptiin is small but ample and the receptionist was amazing even if she had her plate full with registering guests and running the bar at the same time.The evening restaurant staff were excellent too as where the breakfast staff in the morning but this is where it goes downhill very quickly. The problem is the food,not the quality but the variety.It started when the barman told us the had ran out of a variety of wine so we could only have 1 glass then we were told 2 items on the main menu they didnt have then we ordered desert to be told they didnt have bannana for the chessecake so I ordered another desert to be told that wasnt defrosted so i couldnt have that then in the morning to be told the breakfast was cooked to order so we had to wait and time wasnt my friend so it was all a bit of a rush.I understand that it is only a small premier inn but Liverpool airport is up and coming so footfall will be picking up so I think premier inn need to up the game.Will I use premier inn at john lennon airport again?I think so but pull your socks up Premier inn and add a few more staff and defo sort your stock levels out

Freezing outside but room temp set at 16 degs on our arrival. Restaurant fully booked and no alternative food available so staff advised order through Just Eat. Room was clean though. Had to go out to find food outlets.

The man who was serving breakfast was rude and unhelpful, also forgot my son's breakfast then said I didn't order it. We ordered my son's breakfast first with his carer so both of us put his order in as he's severely disabled. If I could change hotel for my return stay I would! One thing for sure no breakfast for us!

I stayed here for a short overnight prior to a flight. The hotel was easy to get to on public transport and the staff were friendly and polite. I had a Premier Inn Plus room, which was well presented and looked to be a good choice for a longer stay. Breakfast was good; good choice of continental and nice to have the hot items cooked freshly to order. Good location as only a 5-10 minute walk to the airport

Only 10 minutes walk to airport for early flight. Room good. Dinner was nice and at a reasonable price. Staff plesent. Only negative floors are floorboards, so woken up a few times..

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially young women who likes to wear her slippers on her night shift lol which I loved. She was the loveliest kindest staff member I've come across recently and stayed in a few premier inns recently. So thankyou for being so friendly and welcoming young lady ur worth ur weight in gold.

Rain on the window, the window sill or similar kept us up all night. I appreciate that the rain is a natural occurrence so premier inn cannot be held accountable for that, but I don’t get kept up all night in any other habitable dwellings when it rains so it must be a flaw with the building itself, which premier inn are accountable for. Seems a strange thing to complain about but it was so loud.

Booked our rooms online and paid, there was a booking change and charge which the portal information stated to pay the balance on arrival along with the parking fees for the duration. We were meet by a receptionist who was abrupt, unhelpful, and condescending, threatened to not book us in or help with parking payment. Most unpleasant experience in a busy reception area

Stayed here overnight as was getting on a plane early morning so needed a bed for the night. Room was large with a plush soft bed, a very powerful shower as well as tea and coffee available in my room. Free wi-fi was decent and staff were very friendly and approachable. Would highly reccomend for airport travellers as there is a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to the airport. Very convenient.

Great hotel. Booked a premier Plus Room and it was lovely (Certainly worth the few pounds extra). Didn't need to deal with any staff as used the self check in machine. Left early so didn't need breakfast but I would certainly use this hotel again if in the area. Thank you.

We booked this hotel after a flight as we didn't land till around 00:40, upon booking I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be checking in till around 1am, the lady on the phone was very helpful and polite. When we arrived check in was very easy. Our room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was lovely! So much variety to choose from as well as plenty of hot and cold drink options. All staff were very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay, we would definitely book again.
