"전반적으로, 우리의 체류는 특히 여행의 주요 목적이 긴장을 풀고 온천욕을 즐기는 것임을 고려할 때 좋았습니다. 그런 의미에서 호텔은 즐거운 경험을 제공했습니다. 그러나 도착하기 전의 의사 소통은 약점이었습니다. 마지막 순간까지 아무도 Trip.com 메시지를 통해 저에게 연락하지 않았습니다. 특히 연로하신 부모님을 위한 선물로 숙박을 예약했고 체크인 전에 호텔과 긴밀하게 연락하여 스트레스나 오해를 피하고 싶었기 때문에 실망스러웠습니다. 방 자체는 훌륭했습니다. 넓고 편안하며 주변 환경의 아름다운 전망이 있습니다. 작지만 눈에 띄는 세부 사항이 하나 없었습니다. 방에 전기 주전자가 없었고 티백을 사용할 수 없었습니다. 감사했을 것입니다. 가장 스트레스가 많은 순간은 아침 식사 첫날에 일어났습니다. 아버지만 시스템에 등록했고 어머니는 예약의 일부가 아닌 것처럼 처음에는 입장이 허용되지 않았습니다. 이것은 부모님에게 불필요한 스트레스를 일으켰습니다. 두 성은 예약 중에 명확하게 제공되었으므로 이러한 상황은 상당히 예상치 못한 일이었습니다. 아침 식사 자체는 매우 좋았습니다. 가격 수준을 감안할 때 기대할 수있는 것입니다. 일반적으로 전반적인 인상은 긍정적입니다. 숙박은 즐겁고 편안했습니다. 내 주요 추천은 특히 손님이 가족으로 여행하거나 숙박을 선물로 예약 할 때 의사 소통 및 예약 정확성을 향상시키는 것입니다."

"훌륭한 분위기, 친절하고 세심한 직원. 객실은 아주 멋지게 꾸며져 있고, 침대는 편안하며, 욕실에는 수납공간이 넉넉합니다. 스파 중심부에 위치해 있습니다. 포뮬러 1 주말을 제외하면 가격 대비 만족도는 아주 좋습니다. 하지만 제 생각에는 절대 안 될 점이 하나 있습니다. 창문을 열 수 없다는 것입니다. 욕실 창문도, 심지어 직원들도 열 수 없습니다 (직원들은 경영진의 이러한 결정을 전혀 이해하지 못하는 것 같습니다). 그러니 저희처럼 잠잘 때 신선한 공기를 마시는 것을 좋아하지 않으신다면, 이 호텔을 추천합니다."

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Clean accommodation and nice rooms. We had the superior room and the only downside was that the two single beds kept sliding apart. Easily solved if wheels with brakes were installed. Otherwise, friendly staff and a great breakfast."

"Unless there’s somewhere special I have in mind, I tend to have a habit of patronising the restaurant attached to the accommodation I have booked. At this stage I have only booked a single night in Spa. At dinner I notice there are no ashtrays on the tables. I ask if this is a smoke free restaurant. The waiter tells me that at the moment no one is smoking, but they are allowed to smoke if they wish. I ask if I can move if someone starts smoking. No! Once you sit down, you cannot move. {emphasis on the full stop} Okay, so I’m paying over $100 for dinner and if some inconsiderate wants to smoke and ruin my night, then I have to just suck it all up. After that conversation, the waiter now serves me without eye contact. The food is placed on the table, he utters something in French and briskly walks away. There is no explanation as to what is in the soup of the day. The table next to me appears to have ordered soup of the day as well, but it is a completely different colour. So did I get yesterday’s leftovers. To those who speak French he jokes and smiles – the ultimate shmoozer. In the French part of Belgium, no one seems to speak English. Not an issue – it’s their country – but the change from the Dutch part to the French part is interesting. I am now looked down upon for not speaking their local language. I get the whole language thing, but as an Australian coming to Europe for a couple of months, am I really expected to learn 5 or 6 differnt languages to make everyone happy. As to the waiter; his shoes are cheap; his pants are too long as he can’t be bothered taking them up and they are sliding down under his pot belly since he’s not wearing a belt. Yet somewhere in his mind he is above me in status without knowing a single thing about me. After both waiters ignore me for ages, he finally comes to collect my glass. He looks at me with raised eyebrows. There is no verbalised question as to whether I would like another glass of wine, more a disdainful look – he will not lower himself to utter words to someone less than himself. I request another glass and ask if it could be in a bigger glass, explaining that Pinot Noir needs to breathe – I was initially served a much smaller glass than every other table. Hmmpph. Okay He placed the glass on my table and walked away as quickly as he could with no eye contact. I raised my palms to the sky in exasperation as he walked away. He approached me a few minutes later and told me that his fellow waitress had claimed I was still asking him a question when he walked away. I explained why I felt aggrieved and he told me that he was sorry I had interpreted things this way. After dinner I walk across the square to anothet hotel who gives me an air conditioned room for 10% less for the following night. "

"밤을 보내기에 좋은 호텔. 모두 오래되고 때로는 적당히 유지됩니다. 좋은 침대와 매우 친절한 직원. 가격 대비 주말 스파에 좋습니다. 도시 전망은 주차장의 전망이었습니다."

"훌륭한 위치, 온천 스파까지 가는 케이블카까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 아름다운 뒤뜰이 있는 흥미로운 건물. 아주 예쁜 식당. 정중한 직원. 옷을 말릴 수 있도록 욕실에 난방 랙이 있습니다. 그러나 매우 나쁜 아침 식사, 최소한의 선택, 현장에서 요리 된 것은 없습니다. 더 큰 차를 운전하면 주차가 어렵지만 거리 주차를 찾을 수 있습니다."

오텔 레크랭 도

"Thierry welcomed us warmly and gave us excellent information about what to do in Spa, where to find the best spa waters. Parking is available and it’s a short walk into town. We booked the suite which was tastefully decorated and modern, no carpets, wooden flooring, which we love! The bed was comfortable with fine linens and we had a large balcony to enjoy. Despite being near the main road the room was quiet at night with the windows closed. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of breads, croissants, cheeses, hams, fruits , etc. We will be back to this lovely small hotel."
