Young girl who was in reception so friendly and professional,perfect costumer service!

We stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. Beautiful grounds. Definitely stay again.

Arrived at reception with our bags which is located inside the hotel only to be told that the room was in the next block and not inside the hotel it felt like a shalay at butllins , on arrival to our room I was very disappointed small and very standard, then when going to the leisure center you must walk out of the building something I've never done when staying at other hotels , the sauna room was small and really only suitable for two people no steam room, good sized swimming pool and lovely jacuzzi unfortunately was not working on my second night so more disappointment, I would not recommend this hotel as there are better options and better deals elsewhere.
