팔라조 스타레이스(Palazzo Starace)

우리는 Palazzo Starace에서 환상적인 숙박을했습니다! 훌륭한 위치, 멋진 뒷골목의 메인 스트리트 바로 옆에 있어 훌륭한 레스토랑과 가까우며 정박지까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 의사 소통과 체크인이 쉬웠으며 침실과 욕실은 넓고 깨끗했으며 편안한 침대와 무료 미니바가 있었습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있고 정말 사랑스럽고 다양한 옵션과 훌륭한 커피, 사랑스러운 온실과 메인 스트리트와 광장이 내려다보이는 발코니 설정이 있습니다. 주인과 직원은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하고 우리가 머무는 동안 내내 도움이 되어 집과 같은 편안함과 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 우리는 Palazzo Starace를 충분히 추천할 수 없었고 언젠가 다시 돌아오기를 희망합니다!

Beautiful little hotel with great location in old town, nearby restaurants and shops. Service was very friendly and staff was always ready to help and answer to any questions. Breakfast was tasty, one of the best ones in our Italy trip. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful staff. Great location in the heart of Sorrento. Would gladly stay here again if we return to Sorrento. Stately old building.

Lovely modern rooms in beautiful old building. Staff friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially Maria. Breakfast fantastic, loads of choice, including delicious eggs cooked fresh as you would like them. Location brilliant, close to train and bus station, and just off main street of Sorrento

Our 3-day stay at Palazzo Starace was wonderful! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location in the center of town was perfect - steps from restaurants and shopping. Most of all, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind! Our sincerest thanks especially to Alessandra and Maria for making us feel so at home. For a memorable visit to the beautiful city of Sorrento, we highly recommend Palazzo Starace!

We had a wonderful visit to Sorrento and our stay at the Palazzo Starace was the best! Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect! Easy walk from the train station. The staff were so kind and helpful. My favorite was the delicious breakfast - so many options to choose from and coffee made to order!

We booked our stay through AirBnb but when we checked in, we found some major amenities not working. The host tried helping at their best but the whole process of messaging to and fro until late at night to get them fixed.. was a true harassment and Airbnb doesn’t have much power over the matter else than refunding a small portion of the money spent for a night. Not happy with Airbnb’s policies when you as a guest are trying to stay on top of things messaging and keeping them posted on time. The internet at this place wasn’t working, no hot water, cellular data was not working inside the building, so in all day 1 was very disturbing. Parking was another 25€ per night. To get the Cooking Burners on was another task but eventually worked. TV didn’t work the entire stay. Only good thing above all this that kept us sane was the location as it is in the middle of the Piazza Tasso so very very convenient location and very lively. Washer and clean beds were other good stuff! But 1st day experience was sad! Place needs upgrading.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Palazzo Starace. We were checking in later than expected, and the reception desk kept the communication open using What’s App. They had someone meeting us to show us in and show us to our room. He messaged us using What’s App also, and came and found us on Palazzo Tasso as we were walking to the hotel. Talk about feeling welcomed! The room was fabulous for the 4 of us. The kids had a great private area with 2 beds and shelves and nooks for their things. They loved it. Bathroom was spacious and modern. Big plus is that it is right across from one of the best gelateria’s in town. We were concerned at first that it may be noisy, being on Corso Italia, but it was not. No problems there. The breakfast was fabulous! Life changing Buffalo mozzarella, incredible tomatoes and veggies, plus the usual things like toast, Nutella, pancakes, eggs. We loved the breakfast. Oh and awesome coffee! Gracie Mille to all at this lovely, family run hotel. We will return!

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. We were pleased with how quiet the room was even though it was in the center of town. We used the included washing machine and it worked well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. I would recommend it highly.
