The room was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning lady did a great job. However, I was not satisfied with the service from the owner. We had discussed our arrival time a bit through the booking platform, but they didn’t read or respond to our messages for two days. One day before the check in, I tried reaching out via WhatsApp using the number provided on the platform, and thankfully, it worked. Only after I added them did they reply with check-in instructions and the room password. I also requested additional hangers and Q-tips, which they assured me they would provide, but they never did. The location is situated on a hillside, making it difficult to call an Uber or taxi. It’s easy to climb without luggage, but I strongly recommend arranging transportation in advance if you have heavy luggage.
