작은 만 자연 리조트(Little Cove Nature Resort)

Resort is good lookwise....but overall service is not good. Checkin was delayed by 2 hours stating reason earlier guests checked out late. Food order took more than 90 minutes. Tea coffee orders was all time ignored.

It wasnt as pleasing as expected. They dont give unlimited coffee/tea satchet. It was given just once. There was no appropriate power back up. Lights were going constantly. Whatever was ordered wasnt served on timely basis. Staff was well spoken and respectful but that doesn't help when the other service isn't good. Food was ok. Not that good. Overall average stay

Food was not good but expensive. Lights in the room was inadequate, dark environment. Location was too remote.

The stay was very bad and place is not upto mark and facility is not good and maintenance is not good

Water gyeser was not working, shower was not working, hot water kettle was not working, wifi has poor network.

Location and greenery is good. Housekeeping and food quality is very poor. I will give 2 out of 10 for hygiene, facility, privacy of ayurvedic massage centre. Reception staff is not at all customer friendly.

I paid almost 6k for one night but for this much amount of money the amenities were minimal the room we stayed in was cleaned 2-3 days ago and had dead cockroaches because of the pest control we booked buffet breakfast but were only given minimal to choose from, the staff said they are not providing dosas and other things at the moment because the resort is not fully booked there was no phone inside the room for room service a phone number was given where we had to call every-time they dont provide things like bathroom slippers, press etc which are basics for this much price it was an okayish stay

Very average resort when compared with the price they charge. They do not offer complimentary breakfast or any meal. It needs to be bought from their restaurant which offers limit-es dishes at comparatively high price. There are no great facilities either except small swimming pool, carrom board and table tennis. Staff is courteous and helpful. Pictures on the reviews look fancy and you can click some really good pictures around the resort but in terms of money when compared to the available facilities the resort is not worth at all.

The rooms were clean and very nicely maintained but the food service was a little slow. Overall the experience was satisfactory, loved the property.
