This beautiful, centrally located holiday home is only 2 km, a stone's throw away, from the pedestrian zone, where there are numerous restaurants and activities. Our approx. 80 m² apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, from here a bicycle / hiking trail goes directly through the fields to Soltau, Neuenkirchen or Dorfmark. This is an ideal starting point for bike tours or long walks.The apartment was completely renovated in winter 19/20 and is now technically and optically in the most modern condition.You enter the apartment through the staircase, you first reach the hallway, from here all other rooms go out. There is a spacious cloakroom in the hallway.The approximately 28m ² living / dining room with a 3 person couch and two large armchairs and a flat screen TV offers all the necessities for a cozy evening. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.The kitchen is a dream for every cook.
