Great stay. Very good staff and excellent service. Glad I chose Novotel. Very pleased with all their services and the efficiency. The restaurant had a great menu as well. Certain that I’ll stay here when I come back to Sofia next.

호텔은 공항에서 1,000m 이상 떨어져 있지만 도로는 약간 구불 구불하며 호텔의 공항 셔틀 버스를 타는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 셔틀에는 시간표가 있지만 아무도 앉아 있지 않으면 출발하지 않습니다. 호텔은 공항에 갈 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크와 약속을 잡으십시오. 시간에 출발하는 데 문제가 없습니다. 공항은 호텔에 도착합니다. 사전에 전화하지 말고 차를 기다릴 수 없습니다! 아침 식사가 좋습니다. 호텔에는 주차장이 있으며 운전하기가 매우 편리합니다.

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. Until now I had had good experience with MGallery hotels in just about every way so this one, while ok in general, was not brilliant and I think not that welcoming. To get into the car park was not easy as, even though I had asked how to, and we pressed the button a few times, I had to go back to reception as the receptionist had not bothered to respond as she was dealing with a lady who was apparently very tired and really need to check in immediately. I pointed out I was tired too and keen to check in. Imagine sitting outside in the car at a barrier like an ***** - hardly great service. Getting out was similar although it was another member of staff who failed to notice the bell, but that brings us back to that previous receptionist who I think was impatiently rude to him, as he was being trained and clearly not brilliantly. The rooms are ok. The theme seems to be pre-cast concrete. The restaurant was good in terms of food but the staff were not attentive.

We stayed in this hotel when our flight was delayed. Organised by the tour company at very short notice. The group was karge, approx 50 rooms booked, we arrived at around 4am and the hotel would have had very little notice of the group arriving. We cannot fault the hotel and the way the staff dealt with tired and cross cystomers was exceptional. Very patient and dealt with everyone as quickly as they could. We were give 2, twin rooms, very clean, great size rooms, no problems with heating ir aircon and we were able to open the window to let in fresh air. No issues with traffic noise though it was Sunday morning, may be different at other times. Bathrooms were modern and clean, with shower over bath, no issues. Breakfast was buffet style, very good selection of cereals, toast, pastries, bacon and egg, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, juice and hot drinks. Staff serving breakfast friendly. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

글쎄, 이것은 확실히 기억할 것입니다. 회의를 위해 2018년 5월에 여기에 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 차가운 유물이었습니다. 선택의 여지가 있었다면 확실히 예약하지 않았을 것입니다. 로비는 거대하고 비어 있으며 객실은 수많은 층에 걸쳐 있으며 드물게 장식되어 차갑고 음침한 느낌을줍니다. 어두운 도시의 전망과 광활하지만 위치는 중심적이지 않으며 자신을 향한 것을 제공하지 않았습니다. 근처에 현지 요리를 제공하는 아주 좋은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 소피아 자체는 방문할 가치가 있으며 센터는 매우 흥미롭고 거대한 대성당은 독특합니다. 자체 쉐이크를 위해 방문할 가치가 있습니다.

매우 아늑한 장소. 위치는 Pliska에 있으며 Orlov의 가장 큰 (Е agle's Bridge), Sofia에서 버스로 5 분 거리입니다. 객실은 매우 훌륭하고 넓습니다. 그들은 햇빛을 들어오게하는 큰 창문이 있습니다. 레스토랑은 열려 있으며 차고에는 무료 주차 공간이 있습니다. 공항에 빠르게 접근할 수 있습니다.
