이탈리언 하우스 룸(Serdika Rooms)

소피아에서의 체류는 익숙해지는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 숙소의 위치는 완벽하며 시내 중심가와 지하철역과 매우 가깝습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 친절했으며 어떤 질문에도 대답해주었습니다. 숙소는 외부에 있는 비밀번호로 보안이 설정되어 있습니다. 객실은 괜찮습니다. 침대, 옷장, 주전자가 있습니다. 우리는 개인적으로 주방을 찾을 수 없었지만 주방은 있을 것입니다. 샤워실 물이 따뜻해서 더 좋았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 창문이 닫히지 않아 좀 추웠어요. 체크인은 쉬웠고, 수건과 샴푸를 받았지만, 체크아웃할 때 리셉션에는 아무도 없었습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 벽이 소음에 매우 취약하다는 것이었습니다. 복도에서 너무 시끄러웠기 때문에(아마 술에 취한 룸메이트였을 것입니다) 우리는 4시 30분에 일어났고, 그 시나리오가 우리 방에 딱 맞는 것처럼 들렸습니다. 결론: 가능하지만 익숙해지는 데 시간이 좀 걸립니다. -> 반나절 정도는 괜찮습니다. 하지만 더 이상 그곳에서 편안함을 느끼지 못할 것입니다. 이상하게도 거기에는 여자 사람이 한 명도 보이지 않았습니다. 엘지

이 숙소에 대한 나쁜 의견을 읽었고 도착했을 때 방이 크고 WiFi가 좋으며 지하철(도보로 단 1분), 쇼핑 거리 또는 관광 명소로 이동하기가 매우 쉽습니다. 단점은 숙소 정보나 숙소 입실 및 객실 열쇠 수령 방법을 이메일로 안내한다는 확인서에 언급이 없다는 것입니다. 우리는 들어갈 방법이나 직원이 오는 방법을 찾기 위해 호텔 앞에 오랫동안 서있었습니다. 리셉션에는 직원이 기다리고 있지 않았습니다. 정보를 얻기 위해 에이전트에게 연락하는 데 어려움을 겪었고 마침내 체크인 시간 몇 시간 전에 전송된 이메일을 확인해야 한다는 말을 들었습니다. 옆방에서 소음이 날 수 있으며 모두가 샤워하는 소리가 들립니다. 그리고 마지막 *******는 체크아웃 시간을 정오로 확인했지만 오전 11시에 직원이 나타나서 떠나라고 했습니다.

This review goes from bad to worse to absolutely appauling behaviour from the management. Short version is that this supposedly lux apartment at £50 per night had... * Hidden fees * No towels for first 10 hours * No hot water for first 30 hours (of a 2.5 night stay!) * No hairdryer or kettle for first 18 hours * No microwave (so no way to make a hot drink until kettle finally arrived) * No tea/coffee/sugar or even soap provided * Manger refused me a refund and FASLEY accused me of theft * Called me "not normal" and a "crazy woman" "...for a towel and hot water - is like someone tried to kill her" on a public forum. * Ultimately they have now been removed by the booking agent - one of the largest on the internet! Full version I booked their "lux" apartment for myself and a friend which was listed as 2 bedrooms but actually is more like a studio with the bedroom open to the living room, open to the kitchen and hallway. I ended up travelling alone so this was OK but £50 per night is A LOT of money for a one bed apartment in Sofia. I messaged the property via facebook before I booked and asked if they allowed late check in (my flight didn't get in until midnight) and they agreed that they did - no mention of a charge. It was only after they had taken payment in full that they told me it would be 7 euros for this - not a lot of money but its the kind of thing that should have been stated from the outset. I was collected by a very pleasant young man and taken to a very dodgy looking door in a very dark street (this place is seperat to the other Italian Lux properties) I've since found out that this property is right on the border with what they consider to be the shady part of town but in the day time its absolutely fine, busy shopping street, lots of people around. I arrived to a very cold apartment and after the employee had left (assuring me I could speak with the on Monday re. my concerns about the $7 euro fee) I realised there was no towels. I text and was told apologies, staff should have left them and they would be brought to me the morning which they were by 11am. When I tried to shower however I found no hot water. I text again and was told yet again staff should have done it and was told how to do it and that it would take half an hour. I had to go out on a tour but when i returned at 15:30 there was still no hot water. I text and was told someone would come but I had to be in as they had no keys. I was now stuck in the apartment until the person arrived and fixed it. At 7:30pm I tried again and there was still no hot water and again I had a tour booked so off I went again unshowered. By the morning thankfully there was hot water! Keep in mind that this is cited as a luxury holiday apartment. In my extensive travels I have never been anywhere luxury that hasnt provided at least a sachet of tea/coffe but there was nothing. It was a lovely room and in the city center of Sofia. Metrostation is right there and easy access to room. Only cold water in the shower.

The hotel was old and tired, fairly grubby, the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on. Bathroom was the same. I guess it was reasonable value for money for a capital city centre hotel though. The manageress was absolutely drop-dead gorgeous though, which made up for almost everything.

This place is not a good place to stay. Allow yourself to spend a few more Leva for the sake of your own health. Place is cold. There are two small heaters that doesn’t even heat themselves. Beds are dirty. There are no seperate shower. Toilet sink and the shower is one thing. Floors are dirty walls are dirty.

They overbooked my room and got my personal items out of the room and left them on the hallway until I got back in the afternoon. At night I had people waking into my room because they gave the keys to the other guest since they had overbooked the room.

Ha sido una experiencia muy muy mala. Para empezar, habíamos acordado con el alojamiento que nos iba a dar indicaciones para obtener las llaves de nuestra habitación, puesto que llegamos fuera del horario de recepción. Sin embargo, al llegar al alojamiento no estaban las llaves nr.4, nuestra supuesta habitación. De hecho, esa habitación estaba ocupada por otros viajeros. Intentamos contactar a través de teléfono y de correo con el número que nos habían facilitado, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Siendo las dos de la mañana, no vimos otra opción que coger las llaves de la única habitación disponible. Esa habitación era para tres personas, con camas medio hechas y sucias. Como habíamos reservado una habitación para cuatro, tuvimos que dormir en parte en el suelo. Contactamos con booking, pero la única solución para ese momento era quedarnos en esa habitación que no era nuestra porque a esas horas no íbamos a encontrar otra cosa; además de ser cuatro chicas jóvenes y no era nada recomendable andar por las calles de una ciudad desconocida, sin conocer el idioma que tiene otro alfabeto (las personas no sabían inglés por lo general) a las tres de la madrugada. Al día siguiente quisimos solucionar el problema sin haber dormido un minuto y en el suelo. De la nada aparecieron las llaves para la habitación 4 en la caja de las llaves. Las cogimos y fuimos a comprobar si eran de nuestra supuesta habitación y, efectivamente, nos encontramos „nuestra“ habitación ocupada. Estaban maletas, botellas de alcohol etc. entonces llamamos por enésima vez al teléfono que en teoría nos habían dado por si había problemas sin existo. Supuestamente la recepción abría a las 9h. Esperamos casi hora y media hasta que vino una persona de la limpieza. No sabía inglés, pero le transmitimos que había un problema y llamó a un teléfono. Se lo cogieron después de varios intentos pero tampoco obtuvo solución, solo unas contestaciones en tono agresivo y le colgó. Poco después me llamó la persona que anteriormente habíamos intentado contactar. Explicando la situación, en mitad de la conversación nos colgó la llamada. Media hora más tarde, mientras intentábamos solucionar todo por booking, explicando dos veces más lo que ha pasado;nos colgaron la llamada dos veces, menos mal que teníamos un móvil al que no cobran las llamadas internacionales puesto que estuvimos obligadas a esperar y llamar varias veces a booking; apareció el hombre, diciéndonos de malas maneras que ahora iba a darnos otra habitación para cuatro personas. Solamente nos dijo que iba a reembolsarnos la estancia de esa noche, las demás no, no nos iba a indemnizar. Dicho dinero no nos ha llegado aún. Tuvimos que esperar otra hora para poder tener de una vez una habitación similar a la que habíamos reservado. Habitación que estaba sucia, no podíamos cargar todos los teléfonos puesto que no todos los enchufes funcionaban y con un baño que tenía moho.
