I was a bit disappointed, I didn't realise I booked a standard room and it got very warm in the timbered cabin. Had I known at check-in there was a spa and pool I would have jumped in and not rang management looking for an upgrade. Sorry no we are full - so no upgrades. But the manager did offer me a pizza from the bistro and a drink as it was getting late and maybe he knew I was getting hangry. That Margherita pizza was the best pizza I've ever tasted, thankyou very much and the drinks icy cold. The bed was crisp and comfy and we made our way to the pool and spa in the morning. Very delightful.

The room was clean, felt relaxed and had an uninterrupted stay, could drink our own drinks outside at the tables in the shade and sun. Received a call earlier in the afternoon asking if we would like a reservation and we appreciated the call.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for one night and we could have stayed so much longer if it wasn't booked out! The apartment was so spacious, and had a great view overlooking a little dam. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, lounge room with couch, table, desk, and TV (could do with upgrading to a smart TV), the bedroom was so big, yet cosy, with one of the most comfortable beds we stayed on in our week long travel, and lastly the bathroom with huge shower, giant spa bath, and washer and dryer was as big as the kitchen! Overall, this room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We dined at the restaurant, which was extremely pricey. We had a pizza (which was excellent), and fish and chips (most expensive piece of flake i have ever eaten, and was smaller than that you can buy at a fish and chip shop). Both were great meals, and everyone else's meals looked great, but way too overpriced. The grounds are very well maintained, and facilities are great.

Not great. Rooms are cold and need an upgrade. Sports bar is not female friendly. Avoid breakfast! Lukewarm food congealing in fat and tinned fruit for an outrageous $25

Relaxing, quiet and more than comfortable stay.

Would not recommend, Nothing for our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival- 6pm the front checkin section was blocked off with parked staff vehicles & most other parks taken Arrived at the room and the main room light didn’t work so unpacked in almost complete darkness using bed lamps The menu “sounded” very good Ordered a $54 steak with $10 extra side & mushroom sauce ALL veggies were pre cooked & microwaved to save time as the 2 poor blokes in the kitchen are run off their feet & visibly flustered from the pressure The sauce was stone cold yuck The side did not come out at all until we were ready to leave and were asked how were our meals We replied better if they came with what we ordered and not stone cold sauce and microwaved vegetables There is No seating outside rooms It’s a hike to the pool No towels at the pool unless you make the longer hike in the cold through the restaurant in your swimmers to “check out” a towel to return it in 4 degree weather while dripping wet at reception and walk back to your room freezing. Beds are at a guess the original mattress from the day the place opened 30 years ago because it’s impossible to sleep well on them The outside lights are installed on the cabin wall beside your bedroom window so it feels like the sun is out all night… also great for sleeping. Won’t be back and certainly won’t be recommending.

Room was lovely and clean and a very good price, staff were all polite and approachable will definitely stay again.
