Stayed at Skiathos Living for a 4-night break with my 13-year old daughter during half term. I'll start with all the positive and wonderful things about it, the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and cheerful and we loved meeting Panther, the most pampered stray on the island, the location is really great - close enough to the centre of town and just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and local restaurants, but set up on a hill away from the noise of later venues. Pool was lovely (but chilly!) with adequate sun loungers and use of hotel towels as the cushions were sometimes wet. Views, from the rooms and the pool are out of this world, just stunning. There are a number of steps up to the hotel, but you can call ahead and ask for help with your luggage and there are lifts to all floors once you are inside, so although it's probably not for those with mobility issues, the steps and climb are worth it for the views. The only (small) negative I have is that the rooms aren't really soundproof and being away with a 13-year old we were generally in bed by around 10.30pm but I was woken up a couple of times by neighbours returning in the early hours, although it didn't bother my daughter who generally slept through it! Really enjoyed our stay, loved the location and the views and the Island and would stay there again.

After reading previous reviews was dubious about staying here after already booking BUT just shows to not believe everything you read. Loved our stay here rooms are really generous with plenty of storage,spotless clean maybe bathrooms are a bit dated but won’t ruin your holiday. The steps leading up probably aren’t ideal for everyone but are manageable for most and make it worth it when you see the views from the balcony’s and rooftop pool. The location was the winner for us 2 minute walk from bus stop 0 and 5 minutes to the town. Will definitely come back here and highly recommend.

Just returned home from a fantastic trip to Skiathos. We originally viewed the Skiathos Living property on an earlier trip to Skiathos and loved the location and after being shown a "Deluxe Suite Sea View" we booked straight away. We were not disappointed, the Suite was beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location is spot on, 2 mins from Bus stop Zero and walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and tavernas in the port and old town. Once we get flights sorted, we will be booking for next year. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Skiathos Living. Clean, comfortable and cool …. If a little lacking in bedroom storage for bedroom 2 which also had no AC. Having said that the staff were immediately helpful and brought me a portable unit which worked perfectly well for the duration of our 3 night stay. We stayed in the two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment 106. It also has two balconies. Perfect. The kitchenette wasn’t terribly well appointed but in all honesty we only needed two mugs for our morning tea and some plates for our very generous breakfast, a huge tray, hand delivered to our room at our chosen time each morning. We loved the fact that it is located a little way up from town so it was quiet for sleeping. And the steps were a good way of walking off our dinner Pool area is lovely. The staff were all absolutely charming and we’re definitely going to book for this time next year!

What a little gem 💎 … although it may need a little polishing 😜 We visited Skiathos for a wedding with 30 other people, all dotted around Skiathos Town. This accommodation was perfectly adequate, comfortable bed, very spacious room with Fridge and cooking facilities. Yes, the stairs up to the apartments are challenging but the view across the bay was worth every step 👍 We did have a problem with the shower head in our room 109 .. but it was just a little inconvenience and nothing more than that. Staff are so helpful and cheerful, bedding changed daily along with cleaning… absolutely spotless. Very convenient for the town and the beachside restaurants on the way to the airport. It’s great to sit on the balcony watching planes ✈️ come into land and take off over the bay. Food was continental breakfast and more than enough, delivered to the room every morning and if we hadn’t had full on days with our friends for the wedding and preparations, we would have had enough to make a small packed lunch whilst we explored this wonderful island. Pool is great, beds around them are weathered but hey, these guys have just been through some of the worst storms in their history and it’s towards the end of season🤷‍♂️ Thank you for looking after us on your beautiful island, we hope to come back very soon 🙏 Phil & Di

We stayed at Skiathos living September 2023.We had a loft suite with sea view.The room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the harbour. However the furniture was tired and grubby with a hole in the sofa arm. The bathroom had very poor lighting and the boiler was leeking across the floor. When we reprted this , the staff acted on it straight away. They had the water turned off,and offered us a downstairs room to shower in . A new boiler was installed the next day. As there is no dining facility, breakfast was dilivered to our room. It was more than ample and varied each day.It was a shame there was no toaster or microwave, just two small hot plates and a kettle. The kitchen was quite large, but very sparce cooking utensils. So if you wanted to cook something, you would be very limited. Our biggest disappointment was the pool area.It was not maintained. The pool had green algae around the rym. The sunbeds looked nothing like the picture advertising the hotel. They may have looked nice once,but they are now stained and filthy. Also the small poolside tables are rusty. It is a shame we can not recomend Skiathos living because it is well situated, just five minutes walk to the town and bus station. The staff were helpful, but it is not a four star accommodation , only a three .It is not good value,definately not luxury. We expected better.
