'Couldn't turn down the shower so was stuck on 38.c. Every time I need reception there was no one answering'

'Breakfast was really good. When we first arrived we had to check in ourselves. Normally this is ok but there were no key cards. So we had to wait for a member of staff who had gone to sort out someone’s air conditioning. 15 mins later a staff member arrived and gave us our key cards.  I don’t like having to pay for parking when you book a hotel. It should be free of charge but it cost £8. Room was clean and tidy and the bar area but the lobby/reception area could do with a re vamp.'

'Northgale, the best and warmest in Skegness. “Tea or coffee,” was the owner’s first greeting when we met. Then she patiently showed me the rooms and let me make my choice. Then I got welcome wine. It’s too sweet, and I sleep very well. I really love it. It’s hard to say goodbye to the owner's family. I loved their kindness and warmth. They offer the best price with the best service. Come and try; you’ll agree with me.'
